   I can’t praise Tom from the mechanics side at Shirley Halfords enough. He genuinely went above and beyond to help me with my car today and made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free. Tom was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly and fix the issue His customer service was outstanding and is a huge credit not only to himself but to Halfords as a whole.

   I visited Halfords Shirley after I had had to call out my breakdown recovery. My battery needed replacing and, given it's winter, I was recommended to get a new one. I was able to park ok and went in store where the young man at the counter was able to speedily assist me with choices. I came away with my new battery very satisfied.

   I ordered some wiper blades for my car from the website and arranged to have these fitted at my local store in Shirley, Solihull. The website was easy to use and I was able to arrange for a suitable time to have them fitted. Once in store I didn't wait long before I was able to collect the wiper blades and have them fitted- excellent service all round!

   Quick, efficient, polite and knowledgeable staff. Really appreciate the member of staff who fitted my product he was very kind and courteous ( forgot his name). This store is thousand times better than the store in Sheldon who are rude especially the store manager, unknowlegeable and seems to have no products at all.

   Excellent auto shop and repair store, plenty of options to choose from. Quick fix as per the needs, most of the parts available. I had my headlight bulb dipped beam to be replaced and it was 10mins wait after the purchase and 10mins to fix. First floor dedicated space for bike purchases with great offers at 0%APR and all accessories available.

   The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, really willing to help. Prices more than acceptable too. One point was that the same product is duplicated in different parts of the store, and I had to ask for assistance to find the size of product required (I had already found the product, but it was also elsewhere in the size I required). Perhaps just put each product (all available sizes) in one place to avoid customer confusion and wasted time enquiring? As already said, staff were excellent.

   Great experience - Mitch approached me whilst I was browsing cycles and talked me through the benefits of the ones I was browsing. He talked me through all of the accessories I would need and the cycle plan service coverage. When I came to collect the bike Oliver helped me with the pick up and ensured everything was correct and even adjusted my seat with a saw to make sure it was the right height. Both team members were excellent.

   The booking and arrival process extremely straight forward. I had an issue with my car and pinpoint the exact problem without any hassle (all other mechanics I have been said head gasket was the issue). They said I need to find a transmission specialist for the issue to be checked in detail and possible fix. They are honest and well established. If you have car which you look after definitely visit this place instead of any other place.

   Really helpful staff espessially Paul C, and another lady working with him who sadly I forgot her name.. Sorry! helped me with my cycle breaks with good advice and product knowledge. Both helped me buy the best product for my Carrera mountain bike and both totally professional. Well done you guys!
