Iβm not one to usually leave bad reviews on Google because I know all businesses can have bad days. This was exceptionally poor, and by that, I refer to the APPALLING staff treatment. Subpar customer service and slow queues are not great but all very typical of a high-demand, fast-fashion store in Bluewater. Staff are ultimately human and can let their smiles drop, and shelves can get messy. However, I witnessed (near the end of the day about a week ago) an interaction between two members of staff, which clearly looked like a more experienced member of staff (woman) verbally abusing another colleague (woman). Even mentioned that their shift wasnβt finished until a task had been complete (which from what I remember involved the whole store and was unrealistically long). Having worked in retail for five years, that is not how it works. Employers do not get to change hours like this when they please. Employees, at the end of the day, can and should treat each other like adults because they ARE. To be honest, not intervening is the reason why I write this review now. I donβt see why I should support the pockets of those that can thrive in environments like this, and the institutions that arenβt doing much to stop it. This kind of misconduct of power is absolutely ridiculous. Especially for such a large company like UNIQLO. Workplace trainings or investigations need to be regularly done to uproot these awful dynamics. This review does not apply to all employees that work here, but those that manage this particular branch should be ashamed. Truthfully I am inclined to say I may not be going to UNIQLO as my first choice anymore, and specifically not this branch. Management reflects the quality of an organisation and this one is dreadful.

Just no, in store fulfilment is a lie and just another delivered click and collect that takes up to three days. Happy to take your money and then computer says no when you go for a refund and you have to wait 14 days for order to lapse and another 3-5 for refund. Contact customer services online and I not even sure if it was a human. Will avoid services to this branch from now on.

STORE SECURITY GUARDβ¦. This man goes over and beyond. What an asset he is to your company. My child was coughing a lot and needed water due to asthma and your security guard provided water and was just so so so lovely. I donβt usually shop here but because of him I will 100% be returning. His restored my faith in humanity. What a lovely lovely man!

The worst place to shop (if you cand find what you want). Customer services are also vile. I was in Bluewater a few weeks ago to spend my hard-earned money. After leaving a well-known department store with a bag full of clothes carried but my partner, I decided to see if Uniqlo (although they need to change the companiesβ name to something else entirely) had something colourful for me to buy. I was after a specific colour - which I assumed the store had it in stock. I spent less than 10 minutes inside the store as I could not find what I needed. That is when the story turns sour. Leaving the store, the store alarm went off but I continued walking as I didnβt have anything on me ( my partner had a bag on him).To my surprise, I was chased by the security guard that stopped me and ask me to go back to the store. My direct question to his request: Why are you stopping me? I do not have a bag! Why are you targeting me specifically? I am not carrying a bag! He could not believe that someone would challenge him as he was certain that I had something on me for which I did not pay! I got angry, came back to the store, and kept going in and out from the front entrance - the alarm was not going off at this point. The security guard at this point, decided to play the victim card asking me why I was angry (really?). I left the store saying that I did not have anything else to say to him. Not happy about the whole situation, I came back to the store and asked to speak to the manager. A female member of the staff came to speak to me, introduced herself as manager together with another member of the staff to explain what happened. According to her (manager?) version and the person that came with her - which was watching the CCTV images of the incident, the alarm was malfunctioning. That stupid explanation made me angrier. I asked: If you knew that was happening, why haven't you done anything about it and most importantly, why was I targeted by the security guard as I was not carrying any shopping bag? I had no bags, and your security guard came directly to me. Is it my face? It was the most bizarre and upsetting situation that someone could have experienced. They ended up the conversation apologising for the incident saying that would not happen again (my reply to that: No, it won't because I will never put my feet inside this place ever again) and she ended the conversation (?) sarcastically wishing me to have a good day (very unprofessional behaviour). Two days after the incident I contacted their customer services by chat (impossible to call as you are on a constantly on a loop of messages - nobody to speak) and explained the whole situation all over again. The other sarcastic person on the chat (he said to me thank you for providing me with such a descriptive occurrence) member of staff said that I would receive a reply from my formal complaint in 48 hours - that was 3 weeks ago and counting. I hope that review help the company to improve - if not customer services, the technology (Japan is well known for being hi-tech - not my experience using Uniqlo) that helps the company increase their profit. This saga is not over...

Dispite NEVER having the collaborations I'm after, the quality of the stuff from this store is next level. Have to recommend to anyone who somehow hasn't been to one yet.

A shop full of everything for cool, cold Weather conditions .With the help of my daughter we found just what we required. Well within a budget. No fuss, friendly service. Parking, all around the centre. Not too busy, but it soon will be.

Items as always are wonderful however service levels are varied. The Asian staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful while some staff at cash desk areas boast flippant attitudes.

One of the best places to take the family to do shopping for clothing, foot wear, school items, household products, groceries, jewellery and a variety of services available on the spot. Parking available just remember where you parked so carrying your goodies won't be such a burden nor children complaining of the walk. You have access to lift, stairs or escalators. We ate at TGIF and the wait was not long to be seated and service was remarkably smooth and efficient. Breakfast at M&S is a great treat as well. Make your experience fun and memorable as I have.
