This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Ordered a gear box for a Renault Master van, nothing had been recievied. Karl said he would send the gear box out to me and also reimburse part of the payment neither of these happened. It has now been 5 weeks of constant lies from them. They have given me details of shipping companies that "allegedly" lifted the gear box, i rang these companies and they said that they DO NOT lift from these people as they have previously used a STOLEN credit card to pay them. I have phoned numerous times and conveniently Karl is ALWAYS out of the office or on a 3 hour lunch break!!! Adam that has answered the phone has been the rudest man I have ever came across. I have since found out that this "company" is constantly changing their name etc. I have reported them to trading standards and also to the fraud investigation. I will continue to hound them until my money is back in my account. Goodluck to anyone that uses these cowboys!!!!!!!!.
