   Poor service. Took on my rental case and then the person allocated to my case left the firm without any communication to me or handover to anyone else. When I asked for an explanation was ghosted. As a result a landlord has escaped complying with their legal duties. Really wasted my time.

   I had contact this company without reading any of the reviews. Once I read the reviews I became, unintentially anxious, which was unnecessary. Jonathan Starr and Daniel Kilbel handled my case professionally, quickly and reliably. To say they were a god send while I was in my moment of disaster would be an understatement. Jonathan began by listening to me with ease and understand. He was VERY upfront and honest with me and I appriciate it. He was clever abd strategic everything you want from a solicitor. Daniel, once again, poliet and cautious but always best to be these things in the legal field. They helped me and guided me through the process very professionally. I am very grateful to them and the team at WTB Solicitors. I found tge receptionists really lovely and helpful as well. Thank you guys for a great outcome all round.

   I recently witnessed how Leah Aldred treated my friend during a legal aid case, and I was deeply disturbed by the experience. Her behavior was rude, dismissive, and marked by a condescending tone. It was genuinely upsetting to see someone who was seeking support be made to feel small and belittled in such a vulnerable setting. This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable from anyone in a legal position, especially when dealing with individuals in need of legal aid. Clients deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and empathy, regardless of their circumstances. I hope appropriate steps will be taken to ensure that no one else has to go through a similar experience

   I think it's absolutely disgraceful that affiliated that meant to been helping you was meant to be supporting you in a case that when you've asked them for nearly 7 weeks to get and speak with them then they don't bother to even communicate.

   Delayed responses and my persistent emails and calls to the office resulted in me having to approach other solicitors to act on my behalf as I had very little faith in WTB Solicitors once I received abrupt delayed emails and should have read the reviews. Worst legal firm/ advice I have experienced and the deliberate delayed responses to withhold information is beyond ridiculous. If I would have read the reviews i could of saved myself a lot of wasted time. Would not recommend! Save your money .
