   Excellent customer service from Ethan today. He was very patient and attentive with my daughter, who was buying a gift for her boyfriend. She is very fussy and can be indecisive, but Ethan was understanding and gave her all the time and information she needed to make her decision. Staff looked professional and were all welcoming with a nice smile and friendly demeanour. The shop has a comfortable warm feel, it looks plush as you would expect with a great display of the excellent stock. Would highly recommend. Many thanks to Ethan and the team.
