    I want to the counter and asked for grey color bootlid and bumper for my zafira tourer the lady said they have it and pay for it then they will bring it out for me so I paid and waited. When they got the parts out to me it was different color and told lady it not the color I asked. I asked to have my money back and she said you can only have credit note no refund. I ask if I can speak to somebody else like manager she refused. She said she is the only person I can speak to. Scam.

    avoid at all costs, purchased a Mercedes c250 engine for my car, had it all fitted to then find out the engine has no compression, asked for a replacement engine but no accountability taken by this company, sent my car down there for them to check, however when I received the car back the fork lift guy has bent my sills underneath car and for what ever reason my dpf has been removed.

    ABSOLUTELY AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SCAMMERS. USING AN OLD SALVAGE COMPANY NAME THAT WENT BUST YEARS AGO. TOOK MY MONEY BY BANK TRANSFER TO A PRIVATE ACCOUNT, SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THEN !!! THEN COURIER WANTED £300 TO 'INSURE TRANSPORT OF CANOPY' MY BANK AND POLICE FRAUD SQUAD ARE INVESTIGATING. DON'T BUY EVEN IF THE PRICE LOOKS GOOD.

    The short man at the counter is very rude and unfriendly. He's over charging people for rubbish parts and makes people wait at least 30 minutes. That white short man should be replaced otherwise the garage might closes down soon.
