Poor quality, wrong assembly and with missing parts. Bought a child bike with £55, I had to throw it away after the first use.
Bought a defective item and they refused to exchange it or refund the money, be aware, not trustable. Very tricky answwer by the company. I am talking about TRENDZ. Not surprised thoug, it's their style.
Awful service, pull in cutsomers by intentionally labelling products they dont have in as 'in stock' online, then tell you its 3-7 days waiting to order it in. Poor budiness practise. Happened a few times to myself and friends.
The service was extremely personalised. A special thank to Jamie that suggest me a better bike than the one I have ordered initially. This people really cares with customers. The have sent me free tools for the bike and even some packs of Haribos for my kids :)
