   This is the worst establishment I have ever walked into. STAY AWAY. Manager is a pompous rude buffoon who speaks to you in a condescending way. It looks like most people have had a terrible experience in this store. I am sure that they will get closed down with such awful customer care.

   Worst establishment I’ve ever stepped into, I simply asked to try on a dress I was told I was too fat for the sizes they had (size 10) this man said they had sizes 8 and 10 left. He proceeded to tell me I was a size 14, who is he to think he knows my size of clothing. I simply said to him that I was a size ten and he repeated that I was a 14. I’m truly truly appalled and will never be returning, maybe if he got layed he’d cheer up but speaking to woman that way wouldn’t get him anywhere.

   Absolutely disgusting place dresses are beautiful shame about your staff when my daughter approached the male member of staff regarding a dress she was fat shame and accused of being a lier as the dresses only go to size 10 my daughter is a size 10 but the male member of staff told my daughter she was a size 14 needless to say she left the shop feeling very uncomfortable and was in tears if u think this is appropriate then feel free to use this store but if ur daughter wants her dream dress and to be made a princess AVOID

   The clothes are very overpriced and they don’t seem to have enough sizes in stock. The service is the worst I’ve experienced for a very long time, the male salesperson was very rude probably even racist if I’m honest. He accused me of not paying for something that I’d turned up to collect while totally ignoring my receipt which clearly stated that I’d already paid for it. I’m definitely not going back & id advise you not to bother too if you’re reading this
