Fantastic experience getting suits hired for wedding party. Hodan went above and beyond to ensure all was okay and even followed up with a call after they were collected to make sure everything was okay and fitted still. Thoroughly reccomend her service.
I had a great experience at Moss Bros Watford. I walked in needing something sharp and well-fitted, and the team here genuinely delivered. The store is clean, organised, and easy to browse, which made the whole process feel relaxed rather than rushed. The staff were attentive without being pushy. They helped me find the right sizes, offered useful styling suggestions, and made sure everything fit perfectly before I left. I really appreciated the professionalism and the patience they showed throughout. Overall, I’m very happy with both the service and the quality of the clothing. It’s definitely a place I’ll return to whenever I need formal wear done properly.
I went yesterday to purchase 2 suits and was extremely satisfied by the service and suits available. Muhammed was very helpful and professional, ensuring my needs in a suit were catered to, while providing insights in to material choice and styles. Huge credit to him as he made my shopping experience much better and allowed me to walk away with 2 suits which I was very happy with.
I had an excellent experience at Moss thanks to Hodan, who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect suit with just a week’s notice. She provided an amazing personalised service, from helping me choose the right fit and style to arranging last-minute alterations so everything was ready in time. She was friendly, professional, and even shared some fascinating history facts along the way, making the whole experience really enjoyable. As long as Hodan is working there, Moss will continue to have my custom.
I had high hopes for my appointment at Moss Bros Watford. The staff were genuinely friendly, and the quality of the suits was great, no complaints there. But unfortunately, the experience left me disappointed. I had booked an appointment expecting a bit of focused attention or at least some kind of structure. Instead, I ended up waiting around while the staff juggled multiple customers, clearly stretched far too thin. It felt more like I was trying to grab someone’s attention in a busy shop rather than attending a scheduled fitting. This doesn’t seem like a reflection on the team, they were doing their best and remained polite throughout. But it does raise a few questions: What’s the point of offering appointment slots if there’s no real system in place to honour them? Is this a staffing issue, or is it just how Moss Bros runs things? Are appointments genuinely valued, or are they more of a box-ticking exercise? I left feeling like I could’ve just walked in without booking and had the same (or better) outcome. Hopefully Moss Bros can rethink how they handle their appointments, because the in-store team deserve better support.
Would have thought with how far we have come to hire a suit from this shop. I am not happy with the level of service or the help of hiring a suit from the shop. No help at all.
The nice thing about this store is the large amount of different sizes they have in stock of items to try. Unfortunately the staff aren’t the most ‘dynamic’, so you’re likely to have to work out yourself what suits best and fits, but having the ability to try the range helps. It’s decent enough in the town for most needs.
Ordered a suit for in-store pickup and they supposedly gave it to someone else. And as of now, there's been no communication of compensation for a suit worth 300 pounds
Went to Hire a suit and was really impressed with the service I received. Was looked after by Naznin who was very professional and had great attention to detail. Was measured up and had all my requirements taken all within 20minutes, would highly recommend!
I went in over the weekend with my boyfriend, he needed a suit for his graduation. We looked at suits that were on display however we couldnt pick one we liked, we then was served by Samir who showed us sample cloths on tailor me range and we found the perfect colour. Awsome customer service and a great team! They were really helpful even though we walked in without an appointment. Thank you Watford Moss Bros!
