   If I could give a minus I would. Staff simply can’t be bothered to help or talk. I asked the location of men’s pjs, assistant just pointed at the aisle. Asked if I could use the toilet facilities, there isn’t any. I explained I have a medical issue and there must be a toilet I could use so told to ask manager. Assistant went off to find manager( I don’t think she looked) to be told there out of order. I left the items there and walked out. If as a large store, where you want customers to browse and shop( possibly with children) and don’t provide toilet facilities then I’m afraid you won’t get my custom, and as for your staff I suggest some training .

   Huge store with lots of collection of clothes for the whole family including for your home. They’ve got men’s, women’s, children, new born & even maternity wear and is managed by really well behaved collègues who help you with anything and everything. Decent amount of changing rooms with 6 self serving checkouts too. Worth to add, they’ve got a car parking space for over 40+ vehicles and also has a WEBUYANYCAR’s valuation team just outside the store if you wish to sell your car. Slough retail park is just nearby with 5 mins walk which adds to another huge collection of shopping ideas for your entire home and kitchen.

   Called in today at midday. Fairly busy car park but still few spares. Greeted by a realy smart , polite & knowledgeable assistant who briefed us offers available. Browsed around &; picked up few items. Went to checkout where a assistant was to hand to guide us with self checkout procedures. No Ques. Good experience.

   Went in around 5:30 today and purposely went to a member of staff to ask if the changing rooms were open as I’ve been caught out before with armfuls of clothes to try on and they end up being shut. She said they were open so I thought - great I’ll get a few items and go straight there. I must have been 2 minutes getting my items and went to the changing rooms to see they were shut. Asked a staff member nearby who was stacking rails who I asked why they were closed and she said “oh sometimes they just close” and started to walk away. I stopped her and told her a staff member had told me two minutes ago they were open. She shrugged and told me to speak to the manager. Found the manager to her rudely stating they were closed. I asked why and she said someone had been sick. I asked if they would re open soon and she shrugged and said “probably not” and walked away. Ended up abandoning 14 items of clothing I wanted to try on. Not visiting here again. The changing rooms are hardly ever open. Why open until 8pm if your staff are less than willing to help customers and you close facilities early? Not impressed.
