   These guys seem to have given up, so beware before you spend with them. If you feel you need to, use your credit card. I ordered a part that was supposed to be delivered in 5 days. 1 month later and multiple unanswered telephone calls and emails later, I noticed the part on their website changed to “no longer available” so initiated a chargeback with the credit card company who refunded my money in 1 day. Advice to owners: If you have given up. Close your store and retire. Stop ripping off your loyal customer base!

   Absolute disgrace keep showing parts available for dispatch, you then call and spend ages on hold to be told they don't have the part. Called today as again showing in stock for delivery and kept on hold for just over ten minutes and get an auto message saying "we are now closed please call again during office hours before 5pm". I called at 4:38pm and you cut me off at 4:49pm. What great customer service :-(

   I have used these guys as my go-to for a while now, but sadly, like a lot of the more recent reviews, they really seem to have nose-dived in service. Waiting is fine, but the level of attention to detail is not what it used to be, - you just cannot contact them on the phone , and from the appearance of emails perhaps the staff are too busy :\ hopefully I will revisit them in the future and they'll be as I remember them to be.

   Possibly the worst company I have ever had to deal with which is a massive shame. Terrible experience with John Craddock. Needed water pump ordered on Friday come Tuesday my order still wasn’t dispatched. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, they just kept saying 3-5 days for dispatch and to check back in a few days. Which meant I probably wouldn’t even get my order till the next week so there was no resolution just there excuse that they don’t count Friday. So I had to ask them to cancel my order, and even 7 days later, I still haven’t received a refund from them. They also won’t provide me with the transaction id for the refund when I asked they stopped responding. Which has now forcing me to open a PayPal dispute. Completely unacceptable customer service and lack of communication. I strongly do not recommend ordering from this company at all.

   I placed a click-and-collect order for an item their website showed as in stock, as I needed it the same day. After three hours with no update, I called to check if it was ready, only to be told it wasn’t and that they would call me when it was. I never gave them my phone number, so I’m not sure how that would work. They did reassure me that it was in stock, so should be ready soon. Two more hours passed, so I called again, this time I was told it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I cancelled the order and decided to take my business elsewhere.

   Very disappointed with there customer service, ordered 4 tires from there website that said they were in stock, next day email saying that they are waiting delivery of the tires from supplier and will be sent in 2 weeks. ok not a problem don't mind waiting money taken from bank next day. 3 days later email saying that the price has gone up by £120 + VAT and they would not honor the sale at the price I paid. Canceled my order as I found there customer service very poor.

   Terrible customer service. Ordered tyres 11 business days ago, it said available on the website, paid £75+vat for 3-5 day delivery, emailed early today with no response and still not dispatched. I’m now weeks later with no tyres but of course they’ve taken my money.

   Misleading website!!!! Be aware they have no customer service, they use the wrong photos on there website and use original Land Rover parts photos but when questioned they openly tell you they aren’t original parts. However when you speak with them one person said I was right about how misleading the website photo is and they will change it but the customer service person doesn’t think there is a problem. So be aware of this company and their practices, you have been warned.
