   Got recommended to use this garage, read the reviews and thought why not. I have owned an Audi tt mk1 for a few years and have had problems from the day I bought it instrument cluster/ chattering non starting, battery draining when I left for a few days standard for the Mk1. Spent hundreds on it various auto electricians sent off the cluster came back no faults spent hours myself trying to resolve to no avail. Booked in with Vagcar Ade said leave it with Steve he knows what he’s doing, he asked for some details had a look at it and said straight away instrument cluster I was a little sceptical has I had it checked and it came back from testing no faults. Anyway Steve started his checks and I left it with him awaiting his findings,, I called in a week later to see how he was getting on he informed me sourced a set of second hand clocks changed. them and had put the battery on test awaiting to see if we had battery draining 4 days later no issues, I was a little concerned about having second hand clocks but Ade reassured me any problems to bring it back and he would sort it, he asked if I had had it remapped saying it would deliver better fuel economy and it would drive a little quicker, boy was he right if it wasn’t quick enough glad I listened Steve. I have left it a couple of weeks before I have wrote my review to see if the battery would hold out and the clocks not to play up what a relief when I turned the key and took it for a spin I have not been able to do that for years. Top marks to Steve and Ade for sorting the car for me I was about to give up and sell it, it drives like a dream and no dodgy clocks and flashing dash pod. Cheers lads

   Steve, Adrian and the rest of the team at Vagcar are exceptional at there craft and 100% trustworthy. I have been a customer for over a decade and have always had positive experiences. MOT’s are done independently elsewhere so that you can trust any work needed is accurate. You will not find a more reliable or skilled mechanics in the area.

   Sent my lad to Ade after he had been told an electrical fault would be 1500 plus. 3 different garages. Ade at vagcars took a look and fixed wiring issue for 70 quid. 19 year old chuffed and able to get to work. Top class guys. Your honesty, effort and help are very appreciated.

   Superb service, my VW Golf had engine warning light, Steve carried diagnostic check without an appointment. Was told glow plug was faulty, he the then replaced it immediately. Great value , friendly and professional service. Highly recommend.

   Thanks once again to vagcar for helping me out it should be 10 stars ,after diagnosing the problem with my seat Ade advised me to take it back to where i purchased it from for them to fix even though i booked in with vagcar to do the job, this saved me a lot of money and im really grateful , Ade you are a diamond ,not the first time you have come to the rescue, thanks guys for wonderful service always helpful honest and speedy

   Having recently purchasing Steve's pride and Joy face-lift T5 seeing the attention to detail hes put into it was outstanding! We had a couple of small niggles after but without hesitation he immediately booked it in to the workshop and repaired them to a high standard! 100% will be returning for future servicing e.t.c! Thanks again Steve and look forward to returning for its first service in our ownership
