Says they close at 5pm on their website on Sunday however security don’t let you in after around 4.25pm onwards. Very rude wont be back.
Never had a good experience with the flannels in Essex until i met tom , who went to his up most ability to help me , amazing customer service and people skills went above and beyond for me if you ever go to flannel’s Essex ask for tom I promise you won’t be disappointed , very professional and lovely fella
Very rude and useless staff, every time I come here the staff are rude, hostile and follow you around the store.Would not recommend at all absolute rubbish!
Very bad service. One black young guy staff member in particular was extremely rude and unprofessional. He clearly had no idea about customer service and treated us very badly. Businesses need to understand that customers come because they can afford it and expect to be treated with respect, not the opposite. Avoid him

Good range of products and very helpful attentive staff. There is women section on the ground floor with all the amazing handbags at the back of the store. The men's sections seemed to be on the first floor, I could only see the stairs would of preferred to use the lift if they had one. There is security based at the entrance of the store.
Nice clean and full store. Lots of designers to choose from, staff were nice too
Unfortunately, the shop is dirty, shelves are full of dust and the displayed shoes are proper wear (please see photos )
Really bad customer service, trying to get in contact regarding if they stock a certain brand, but they do not answer the phone. Called about 15 times
Awful customer service from the store manager. Noticed a stain on a top and explored all other options such as ordering online etc as it was the last piece in store. Requested if a discount could be applied and was told to "wash it when I get home as that's what all customers do" then happily packed it back up for the next poor sod to purchase it without noticing! What a joke! Remaining staff members were exceptionally helpful and polite, such a shame to be working under a incompetent manager.
