Bought the most beautiful jumpsuit yesterday from the phase eight section of the store. Was served by a lovely cashier called Emma who was extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely visit this store again!
I’ve just had the most pleasant shopping experience with 2 amazing ladies at this store today. We were served by the lovely Emma who was assisted by her colleague ( sorry forgot the lady’s name). My friend was looking for a dress for her son’s graduation and Emma gave us the most personal and professional service. I visited Hobbs at Lakeside on Monday looking for a dress for my son's wedding in September. Emma and Amelia served me and they both went out of their way to help. Nothing was too much trouble. They went onto the shop floor to find my size and up to the stock room . I tried on numerous dresses and jackets and shoes. I finally settled on a Hobbs dress and Jacket and I am very pleased with them. Thank you so much for your help.
Emma was amazing! Went in to try on mother of the bride outfits and she picked out a dress we would never have picked but it was lovely and perfect! She helped accessories and even steamed the dress. Was a great experience!
Visited Lakeside with the hope of finding an outfit for my sons wedding. First shop I went into and what a delightful experience it was. From the moment I walked in Jayne was so helpful and I came away completely fitted out and extremely happy. They even packed it up and sent it to my daughter as we were on the way home to Spain and didn't have room in our luggage. Couldn't recommend them enough.
Visited here lots of times and the staff have always been very friendly and attentive to me and my children. The store is always clean and well organised and I had the best time in the private dressing room when I was trying on wedding dresses. Jane really took her time selecting me some beautiful gowns and gave me excellent guidance.
Wonderful shopping experience! Tracie was so helpful and picked out some wonderful pieces for me. Will definitely be returning!
I had the most amazing experience at this store today as the staff were so helpful and efficient. I was looking for an outfit for my daughter's wedding and with the help of Helen I was able to find the perfect dress, shoes, handbag and fascinator. Thank you all so much for a day to remember.
2nd December 2022, Was looking for a size 14 tilda black coat from Hobbs no size 14 anywhere ? . My partner and I decided a last try was Lakeside, Thurrock . We had both been looking all day abd he was tired and so was I. Went into Hobbs TFG BRAND HOUSE LAKESIDE, Grays and two angel sales assistant Natalie and Jayne saved the day ! they did not have size either but started checking on lap top and found only nine in the Country , then started ringing them ( at this point I was wow oh wow ) they secured me one from Sheffield which I paid for over the phone there and then to be delivered this week , they also sent electronic receipt soon as paid . These ladies really helped more than I can say as was a gift . These big stores should have ladies like these two people who showed initiative, manners , support . Hobbs lucky to have them .
I would like to say a huge thank you to Emma the supervisor and Rebecca the style assistant for going above and beyond to make our shopping experience so perfect! Originally they were closing at 7pm we arrived at 6:50pm and they was so helpful to help advise on colours and styles from dresses, jackets shoes and accessories we was not rushed and both girls could not have been more genuinely interested in helping us. They stayed open until we had said “yes” to the dress! They are both a credit to your company!
