   Ive gone in to find an emergency shirt of a specific colour for an upcoming funeral and had the Deputy Richard go above and beyond for me. We found a shirt that was perfect other than the fit. Richard has ordered the correct fitting shirt to a separate store of my choice AND called another store a little further away to reserve the same shirt, if it doesn’t arrive in time. Service like this is rare to find and 5 stars doesn’t do it enough justice. Thank you Richard and team

   Came in here on two separate occasions in one week for a wedding suit. Both times the staff were very friendly and helpful and I couldn’t have found the right fit without them. They gave great suggestions on what exactly to buy and how, and explained how to return the items if needed. Prices and quality are very fair and all round the best place to get mens formal wear, especially last minute!

   Well not good looking for a suit store not busy assistant measured me for correct jacket size. He asked if I would mind to take payment for a shirt I said no problems then he proceeded to take his time with this customer which went on forever off to the store room back from the store room and this continues with him in conversation with the other customer. He disappears again . Well by this time I had enough and walked out of the store there were other assistants with no customers but not one asked why I was leaving. They lost my business so will not be going back to this store

   Lovely upmarket menswear clothing store located in Staines Upon Thames. The quality of garment is exceptional and affordable to, good value for money. Staff are friendly, professional and attentive, I always enjoy my shopping experience. I purchased a lovely navy blue suit from here and a lovely blue shirt, always receive compliments on both of them.
