   Best place about to get a hair cut. No doubt. Great group of barbers. Very welcoming and always helpful when asking for all different styles of hair. Been getting my hair cut here for years now. Would not go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

   My sincere apologies to Nigel, and Michael Chell. I should have posted this review sooner! The customer service I received from Nigel, and Michael Chell was exemplary. I had a problem with a Hugo Boss leather jacket, which could not be repaired. Nigel could see that the jacket had been cared for and hardly worn. So even though I had the jacket for a couple of years it was replaced with a similar Jacket. I really appricate this gesture and it is rare to receive this type of customer service. Many thanks to Nigel, just have to wait until autumn to wear it.

   WOW WOW WOW! Ordered my partner some items from here and selected the 2-4 working day delivery and the items were dispatched & shipped within a few hours and are arriving the next day by 1pm! I honestly am so happy with this company they keep you up to date with emails and customer service is amazing!!

   Heard a Micheal shell staff party in a restaurant and heard them make misogynistic vulgar remarks about a female waitress and continue to be rude and inappropriate- unnecessarily grabbing also. Have shopped in mc a few times but not after over hearing what they had to say. Was very rude and out of order for a work party. Not good advertisement for the business- won’t be shopping there again without staff adjustment.

   I used to shop at Michael Chell in Windsor in the 80s! Then it was mostly dress shirts, jumpers and suits. Still to this day when visiting the UK, I now live in Canada, I always visit there and often pick up something. My last visit in September 2022 was no different. So happy to see it not only still there but thriving and expanding.

   I have to say that the customer service I received from this company and in particular Mike was exemplary . I think you can only really tell how good a firm’s customer service is once you have experienced a problem and how they respond to it. I did run into a problem with delivery of my order ( Royal Mails fault ) and Mike could not have been any nicer or more helpful in trying to sort out something that was absolutely not their fault. He did his utmost to sort it out and even though they no longer had the item in stock themselves to send a replacement , he went out of his way to speak to the suppliers and then tell me where I could get hold of the shoes I wanted so my daughter wasn’t left without her Xmas present. I would absolutely recommend this company and would not hesitate to order from them again

   Surely any reviews above a 1 star are fake, employees and friends likely leaving them to boost their reputation. Could not give zero :-( Visited the Windsor shop a couple of times. They have a good range and sale promotions but awful customer service considering the prices. Be prepared to be followed allow like Big Brother, no assistance offered etc..... Please do feel free to visit to find out for yourself and experience this amazing experience :-) I shall not be a returning customer, should of and now sticking to websites such as Flannels for sure. No wonder such High Street shops are disappearing..........
