   Love shopping here (Windsor) staff are all lovely very helpful, the premises is always very well presented. My only disatisfaction is you never actually get a discount, in the store your details will disappear from the system online the discount is shown on check out but not actually applied. Has anyone ever actually got a discount from this store. Apart from that one con its a great store. Sorry Brooks!

   Had a fantastic experience at the Brook Taverner Windsor store. After our online order didn’t quite hit the mark we went in-store and were helped by Barnaby Clarke. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and understood what suited my husband’s personality so it was a genuine surprise that it was his first day! He helped us pick two great looks, styled the peices with a clear understanding of colour & pattern interaction, and gave advice that went beyond the shop floor. His expertise was invaluable. The other members of the team were genuinely lovely to every customer and it brought a warmth to the atmosphere listening to them interacting with a reoccurring customer. Both ladies were helpful, professional, and packed everything with care. We have emailed customer service with a more indepth review. Brook Taverner has some amazing suits, but my husband and I would rather make the journey from London to Winsor for the top tier customer service~!

   I visited today 22/2/25. I had a very pleasant shopping experience with both members of staff being extremely helpful and friendly. The shop is well set out and very clean. I purchased 3 beautiful shirts and I will definitely be shopping here again.

   I went in 3 weeks ago very randomly as I have hunted far and wide for a particular colour suit in a larger than normal size. I was welcomed into the shop by a gent named Aiden (forgive me if it’s an incorrect spelling). He listened to the request I had, and knew exactly what I was after and within minutes had come out with all the options they had available. He was going well above and beyond any of my expectations. Even when he realised they hadn’t got my size in stock, he found different suits with the sizes so I could try everything on to make sure it was a perfect fit before ordering the suit in as to not wanting to waste any of my own time. The suit was ordered in within a perfectly reasonable time and I had been contacted straight away. I went in to collect my suit to be pleasantly surprised to see Aiden was working there and as before, he was nothing short of perfect. He was attentive, organised, polite, knowledgeable and courteous. Above all, he made me feel important. And I couldn’t ask for more than that. I’ve worked in retail sales in the past for many years and I would take Aiden on in any shop I worked in because I know he would bring in a lot of money through good old fashioned customer service. Exceptional service from an exceptional young gentleman. Thank you

   Highly recommended, the staff was absolutely lovely, it’s the perfect place to find yourself a unique piece. The prices and offers are definitely affordable, the garments are of great quality too. Elona was absolutely delightful and extremely helpful and the lovely gentleman too. Thank you!

   New Years resolution is to shop for my clothes here, superb quality, lots of offers and excellent staff. Just bought the best quality single breasted double vented blazer I have seen in decades and at 50% off. Not going to go anywhere else now. Some of the shirts are pieces of art, can't recommend BT enough

   Well, what can I say? What a fabulous range of shirts, fabulous staff in Windsor and more importantly fabulous customer service!! One shirt I wanted was not available in store so we arranged for it to be delivered to our home. Unfortunately we received the wrong colour shirt. The customer service arranged for the correct shirt to be delivered the very next day but to our surprise...and delight, they also sent some lovely gifts by way of an apology! The 'ordered' shirt was for my Wedding. Wonderful wedding in a lovely shirt, to a wonderful lady. Thanks.
