    Loved the collection they had, lady working there was amazing, really went outta her way to find the shoes I wanted! Just note if there is no one in the store just ring the doorbell during the opening hours

    The old lady who was working there was rude and dismissive. Kept on trying to get me out because she wanted to get back to the pub next door. Don’t drink whilst on shift maybe?

    Very very rude older female assistant. Was sitting in the pub next door when I entered, leaving the shop unattended. Comes in after a couple of minutes of me being in there, doesn’t greet me or look at me, has a very hostile attitude, basically ushered me out of the shop

    Went to the pop up in South Molten Street. Great brand selection. Especially helpful was the more ‘mature’ assistant I guess manager( regretting forgetting her name). she was friendly and helpful with sizing and advice on what suited me. Ended up buying several pieces.

    We've been customers at The Place for a few years and in that time have spent a lot of money in there. I was shocked at my last visit a month ago with how rude the older female sales assistant was. When confronted she gave a pathetic excuse about having family troubles! We all experience these and its not at all acceptable. A note to the proprietor, its time for new staff if you want to hold on to your clientele
