    Dear Moss Bros, I am writing this in the most positive and constructive way I can. After reading many of the reviews here, it seems I am not the first nor the only person to have had a disappointing experience at your store. I previously had a great experience at the Guildford branch, although the range was limited due to the store size. That is the only reason I visited your larger store last week, as I expected more options and better support. Unfortunately, I was extremely surprised by how rude and dismissive the staff were. I was looking for a suit for my brother, yet I never received a proper answer or any assistance with what I asked for. The staff’s communication was minimal, as if every question was an inconvenience to them. After deciding to leave feedback, I noticed many other customers have reported similar experiences. It raises the question of what the manager or CEO is doing in response to the consistent complaints appearing on this review site. Why are there repeated apologies to every review, yet no visible improvement in customer service? I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to real change.

    Brilliant service in store, second to none. Thank you to the fantastic sales team for making it so easy around my teenage son who hates shopping. They made him feel at ease and comfortable for his first suit.

    I recently visited the Moss store in Broad Working and was very disappointed with the service I received. In my personal experience, one of the male salesmen behaved in a way that felt judgmental and disrespectful. His attitude seemed to change based on how customers ethnicity, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Good customer service should be consistent, respectful, and free from assumptions about people. Unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit. Instead of feeling helped, I felt judged, and the overall experience was far below what I expected from a professional store. I hope the management at this location reviews this matter seriously and provides better training for staff. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and fairness, regardless of their appearance. Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend this branch.

    I visited the Moss Bros store in Woking and was extremely disappointed with the male staff member there. His rude and judgmental attitude was shocking, especially from a company with such a strong reputation. When I asked about adjusting a suit I’d bought in Portsmouth, he gave contradictory answers and clearly tried to dismiss me instead of helping. Truly poor service and a very disappointing experience

    Useless, rude and unhelpful. Do not go here for your suit. Getting married and they have made the whole experience way more difficult than it needs to be.

    Deeply disappointed with the service in this store, left work early, arrived to exchange a faulty shirt only for a member of staff to frown when asked to help us. We were then being asked if we can return tomorrow when there was only one other customer in the store and three members of staff. We then had to wait for 1 hour before being served for the problem to not even be resolved! I would not bother using this store again!

    I went to woking branch as I heard it was bigger than guildford ,Terrible customer service it wasn't busy 3 staff members and no one was willing to help , I highly recommend the guildford branch staff were brilliant

    Almost ruined my friends wedding. They were so casual in measuring me they did it wrong and i had to go back to get a replacement waistcoat a few days before the wedding. They have a store phone they never answer which is odd because if you ever visit the store there is always 4 staff barely doing anything so i am sure one of them can answer a phone. All of the groomsmen received emails saying our suits were being delivered to 2 different stores. The Groom had to go back on separate days to collect 2 halves of his suit as it was only half there the first time. When i had to go in to get my waistcoat changed the two ladies were idly standing around talking about if guys were cute coming in and out of the store while i was waiting for the only half competent person "who was the one who measured me incorrectly in a rush" working there to get the correct waistcoat. There was also a mobile phone just on the till side which is just so unprofessional. Please avoid using them for your weddings if you can help it for your own piece of mind.

    Some people are fickle. I have seen some customer reviews giving a low rating due to "store being busy" like it is the staff members fault. How about YOU stop being so over dramatic and maybe give the guys a hand? The customer service was impeccable despite one person dealing with 3 customers at once (with one rolling her eyes).
