Awful Manager she has bad manners went to exchange a faulty item she didn’t want to know and threw the item back at me and said there is nothing wrong with it so I went into the Bentalls center as they have a boss there to The assistant manager was lovely trying to help all of a sudden she turned up from the other store shouting at me and telling me she is the Manager of both stores being extreamly rude and unprofessional then telling me in a carcastic way go and enjoy your day…. After shouting at me We spend a lot of money in the boss store and don’t expect to be treated in this way this Manager truly needs to be taught customer service and how to talk and communicate with people big let down BOSS this needs urgent attention
I recently visited the Hugo Boss store at Kingston Bentalls, and while the products are of excellent quality, my overall experience was disappointing due to poor communication regarding the return policy. At the time of purchase, the staff did not clearly explain that sale items are exchange-only and not eligible for a refund, which significantly impacted my decision-making. When I attempted to return an item, I was informed that this policy was stated on the receipt—something I could only see after the purchase. The lack of upfront clarity and the dismissive attitude during my return visit left me feeling unheard and dissatisfied. Hugo Boss is a premium brand, and I expect a higher standard of transparency and customer service. I hope they take steps to ensure policies are clearly communicated to customers in the future.
Excellent customer service compared to every other clothing store, the staff is not condescending or argumentative, but very helpful. My only preference is for higher percentages of natural material to be used for the products and alterations since they use polyester sewing for alterations. But none of this is the store staff's fault so customer service and experience is still a 10/10 to me, or a 5/5 by google standards.
Daniel was utterly fantastic. Helped me find a shirt last minute for my wedding and went above and beyond to ensure it was tailored and ready in time. Despite the time restraints he did not let the quality drop and even sent back shirts until they met his standards. Cannot recommend enough thank you for your help for one of the most stressful days!

Best store in the world. Does the greatest suits. The man and woman with red hair were super kind to me and my friend, gave us drinks and were very helpful. They turned my friend into a level 10000 sigma god. Now i definitely need a suit from there. Common Hugo Boss W, pls hire me and give me free suits
We have shopped here on many occasions and the staff are absolutely excellent. They are friendly and cannot do enough to help you. Highly recommend
