   I had a great experience at the Charles Tyrwhitt store in Brent Cross thanks to Sarah. However before Sarah took over our sale, there was an elderly man who was quite rude and firm. Thankfully Sarah saved the day by being genuinely helpful, friendly, and very warm! She made the whole visit feel easy and relaxed. She took the time to help without any pressure and was really attentive throughout. It’s rare to get such good customer service these days.

   From start to finish Kieran was really helpful. Knew his stuff let us choose but guided when help was needed. Very patient as it took several visits to get wedding suits sorted.    Only just started shopping here, the first thing that struck me is how helpful and welcoming the staff are, especially Teja, offered a very polite and warm welcome. I was looking for Chinos specifically and he offered his guidance with regards to correct sizing and was extremely helpful. Great customer service and good quality clothes. I will be back for sure.

   Absolutely outstanding service from an employee at Brent Cross called Yash. Despite being slightly embarrassed after spilling coffee on my receipt and myself , and having an awful day generally , Yash turned it around made me feel at ease in exchanging a shirt and found the perfect size and fit immediately. I will definitely be coming back to purchase more shirts as a result of this amazing customer service. I noticed the other employees were very professional at this branch and this shirts are gorgeous !! Yash is a true asset to the company. Thank you

   Great location, I came on a very busy Sunday and I was still looked after with the fitting of a suit and shirts. I could tell they were busy and allowed them the time and they helped me out to get my size correct. They also sorted my order as they did not have the correct suit in stock. I would definitely recommend coming in when it is less busy.
