   I recently bought a variety of ignition parts from Powerspark to upgrade my gracefully-aging Triumph TR6, including Powerspark's electronic ignition module, coil, spark plug wires, distributor cap and rotor. I was impressed with Powerspark's prices, parts selection and surprisingly fast delivery time (England to Canada), which was faster than I can normally get when sourcing parts in North America. I buy a lot of car parts online for my small fleet of budget vintage cars and I deal with many online suppliers. However, what set Powerspark apart was their availability to discuss my technical issues and provide very timely advice, usually the same day or, considering the time difference, within 24 hours. As an added bonus, the parts fit and worked, which I have found is not always the case when buying parts online, in spite of doing a lot of reading and research.    Yes I would like to add my positive experience to those below - friendly, helpful and an excellent product (used on an old Triumph and it started and went like a train afterwards). Though why is it that (some) reviewers who clearly have either created the problem themselves or are just unpleasant in the first place (!) and being miserable people have written a couple of bad reviews. Seems very unfair to me for what is at the end of the day a solid set of hard working British Blokes running a good old British Business in Bromsgrove (in fact ALL the 'B's) - just visit their premises and it is a hive of 'Bountiful Busyness' !

   Just fitted the Powerspark points replacement. Wow! What a difference! Even with brand new points and brand new condenser the idling, especially from cold, was lumpy, too high, and couldn't be turned down. Since the car is an automatic this made engaging drive really thumpy, and there was always a panicky moment when coming to a stop, as the engine would invariably stall. With Powerspark I could immediately drop the idle speed to a low, but completely reliable, level, making the car a vastly improved drive. Thank you very much!

   I can't actually say anything good enough about the service I got from this company. Although I have only chatted to Simon by text about my ignition problems he was very helpful and consistent and even though I had to keep going away due to work and was unable to reply for a few days at a time he always replied asap. I had previously placed a parts order with another company and asked if they could help with my ignition problems, of course they could they said, but when the order was paid for the email was ignored so I thought I'd try Powerspark. Well guess who's getting all my custom from now on...

   This company is ran by a person called ‘Simon’ who sells completely inadequate products that are imported from Asia. He doesn’t package or check most of the goods and is rude and patronising to decent, honest customers. He said my rotor arm cannot be faulty but once I sent him the photo he sent another one with no apologies at all then I found the black ring that fits under the rotor arm was completely the wrong size so he just instigated an argument. He has a big problem with himself and I believe he just knows that a good percentage of his products are sub-standard and hopes the customer will just give up!! I’ve complained to eBay and he has gone bawling back to them. If I could give zero stars I would!! Try Burton Power fellow reviewers as they get it right first time!
