Absolutely awful experience. I placed an order on December 19th which was never delivered. The courier (DPD) still has the parcel, yet Stuart’s refuse to issue a refund or take any responsibility whatsoever. Dealing with Madison from Stuart’s was completely pointless — zero help, zero accountability, and clearly no interest in resolving the issue. Customers should not be punished for a courier’s failure, but that’s exactly what Stuart’s does. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I will never shop with Stuart’s again and will actively avoid any business that uses DPD.

I had been searching for a specific model of Belfast Milford wool coat, and was able to find it easily on the Stuarts London website at an incredibly attractive discount. The description of the coat was accurate and thorough, and the photos attached were from the manufacturers own website and therefore an excellent depiction of the item. The price I paid was a fraction of the msrp, due to a timely sale. Furthermore, I was extremely happy with the checkout process which, even with international shipping, was simple and easy. My order shipped the next business day (I ordered on a Sunday evening) and arrived at my home two days later, which was, frankly, astonishing. The item is in immaculate condition, and is precisely what I ordered in every description. The quality is beyond reproach. I bought a leather jacket from their store online some time ago. On my first use, the pocket ripped at the seam in a way I don't know how it happened. I contacted Timberland and they said they couldn't do anything, and since it was a jacket from their brand where I paid a considerable price, I contacted Stuart London and they offered to reimburse me for the money I would spend at a leather repair shop. As soon as I returned to Sydney, I found a specialist and after I sent them the invoice, they deposited the money into my account the next day. I'll take this into consideration and will certainly think of the store for my next purchase.

I didn’t receive my parcel. They told me to allow five days for the delivery partner to investigate (which involved the driver returning to the address to essentially interrogate my mother and the neighbours). The driver then had the audacity to request I personally knock around doors because they cannot “remember” where the left the parcel and the retailer actually relayed that request to me as if that was an acceptable explanation. I couldn’t believe it. Two weeks since the parcel was allegedly delivered, I have no parcel and no refund. Stuart’s will expect you to wait for their delivery partner to compensate them first before they refund you (which is DPD by the way, that should have been the first red flag) which involves you having to wait for a form in the mail. So essentially they have you work to get THEM compensated before yourself. We’re currently experiencing strikes and clearly they don’t even send 1st or 2nd class because I still haven’t received form which was meant to have been sent last week. Christmas is at the end of the week and I don’t have a gift or money to replace the gift for the loved one. Filing a dispute with PayPal and my bank. Worst experience ever! Edit: Finally got a refund now I filed a dispute with PayPal and the refund was in FULL. (In the reply to this review) They’ve claimed to have refunded me after exploring all options but this is not true. They had no intention of refunding me until DPD compensated THEM and this is evident of their constant refusal to do so until I completed a declaration with DPD. I had to go directly to PayPal and escalate the dispute, then they suddenly refund me no problem. Even now, in 2023 they’re emailing me to sign this declaration (which has STILL not arrived) so if I hadn’t escalated through PayPal I would probably still not be refunded and be waiting on this form. If you came here looking for advice, I’d suggest disputing through your payment method because that’s the only way you get movement on a refund. Stuart’s are not interested in adhering to the Consumer Rights Act, hide extra in the T&C’s to make returns extremely difficult and the “Customer Service” reps do well at sounding like they want to help you. They don’t, they want to drag out the process til you give up. Be very wary of this company.

Purchased black Paul Smith boots online received them in different shades of black one of them is almost grey and looks like its been in the sun..the other was new. Raised a complaint through the portal link provided in the email.. Heard nothing. What a joke the boots are not in a wearable condition. Very disappointing experience and never again... Photo doesnt do justice to the color discrepancy
