Dear [Store Manager / Customer Service Team], I am writing to express my disappointment about the poor treatment I received at your store today. I visited your store (H&M to exchange an item I had bought on sale. When I approached the till, I politely asked if I could exchange the item or receive a gift card instead. The staff asked if I had used the product, and I confirmed that I had not. They told me that I could exchange it for another item, but that a refund was not possible. I agreed and said I would go and find something else to exchange it with. After spending some time choosing another item, I returned to the till. One of the staff said they would call the manager. When the manager arrived, I was told that sale items cannot be exchanged. I was surprised and upset because this information was not mentioned earlier, and my time had been completely wasted. While all this was happening, my children were waiting outside the store. When I went back to the door, I found it was locked. I explained that my children were outside and asked if they could open the door, but I was told to go around to another entrance instead. One of the female staff members shouted at me, saying, “Go! You understood what I said!” This was extremely rude and unprofessional. I felt very disrespected and humiliated by the behaviour of your staff. I believe customers should be treated politely and fairly, regardless of the situation. I would appreciate it if you could look into this incident and ensure that your staff receive proper training on customer service and respectful communication.

Never have a good collection experience at this store. I was emailed confirmation of my parcel arriving, the following morning I went to collect it. It wasn’t in the locker so they had to manually find it alongside a couple of other customers parcels. After over 30 mins of back and forth (with my 6 month old getting very irritable) with staff and manager I was told my parcel was returned with return parcels even though it hadn’t even been in store for a day! Will no longer be shopping with H&M it’s not the first time I’ve had an issue and I’m pretty confident it wouldn’t be the last.

Really bad till service. Only two serving points across both levels, only two self service tills on the top floor one doesn't work no staff. Same issue on ground floor no staff trained to sort technical problems on the self service units..

Located on the first floor in the Atria, the heart of Watford, the shopping centre, it offers modern clothes for men, women and children. A lot of options and accessories for all. You can find really good value for money. Nice and attentive staff always. Thank you

After standing for 16 mins in the queue in a busy Sunday the staff at the till decide to leave all of a sudden and ask us to self pay. Screens are ridiculously slow and not responding. No medium or large size bags and I was left with a very small bags. Very unprofessional and disrespectful for the clients.

Such a rude worker, I paid extra for a piece of clothing that on the price tag had said was £3 cheaper than what she charged me.Then when I tried to tell her that according to the law it wasn’t right that she charged me extra she had attitude and said “thanks for the your advice” and rolled her eyes and didn’t even bother finishing the conversation and asked for the next customer to come along. Very rude and have told many people about it. Seemed racist too

Nice looking store, well laid out, neat and tidy. Latest fashion at really good prices. The quality is really good as well. Aimed at the younger generation. Sizes are true to size and fit well. They have a lovely range of kids clothing that’s a tad expensive but worth it for the cute dresses. The accessories they sell aren’t really appealing. Staff seemed friendly and smiley. A bit of a wait at the tills as a customer had a load of returns to do. Would have liked it if the girl called someone else into the tills rather than keep customers waiting.

I was in que to pay and the lady from the till after she finish with customer she take another women which wasnt in que just because she know the last customer.She wasnt even buy , have just return items and it was just 1 till open.just make something with que can t waist our time
