   Where do I start! Placed an online order for school uniform bundle at start of school holidays (with child’s full name for name labels) and and after a month of not hearing anything with no updates, I had to phone to find out where the uniform was and reason for delay. Person on phone just said we will send out straight away. Few more days nothing then there was more delay with the name labels, received an email asking to confirm child’s name for the labels, so I called back again to confirm that I had given full for name for the labels and had already replied to their email. Received uniform finally mid August!

   Being a business owner I know these reviews can be important. Ordered some sports wear for the children. Ordering was easy and I was notified when I could collect, I know lead times depend on the suppliers. Friendly team when we collected the items too and checked if they had any stock of something I hadn't ordered and let us try it on. Would recommend

   the K S Teamwear folks are extremely professional and honest. They didn't have size 13-14 Coerver pink top in stock, so they sent me size 15-16 while they waited for the 13-14 stock replenishment. They then sent the latter at no extra cost and a perfect size S for women (which they sourced especially for me): "We have been waiting for the stock to arrive from Adidas to us, they have no stock of the 13/14 at present so I have sent the next size up, so when the correct size arrives, I will send this out to you. I hope this gets you by until the stock arrives." Superb service, high recommend!

   I have printed Tee-shirts with online sites like street shirts and vista print before but they always failed to impress me with the quality of both the fabric and print… so it was great to hear about Ross & KS Teamwear when I wanted to print tee shirts for my Band merchandise, because it gave me someone who I could actually speak with and explain what I really wanted. Ross promised me that his quality is much higher than what I may have experienced in the past and I must say he did not disappoint me. The teeshirts came out amazing! Really great material and the print is of very high quality at a fraction of the price. The product looks and feels really expensive and all our fans went away really chuffed at getting a great product!! Thank you Ross, also for great customer service and for making the effort to deliver the results in record time!
