Good service from staff members. Helpful and knowledgeable of the products they sell. I purchased three items.
Went in at around 18:00pm on a weekday. The staff didn’t greet me or my mother. When I asked the staff for a shoe in my size, he pulled out the wrong one. I told him and he didn’t apologise and just went to find the correct one. He didn’t open the box or hand me the shoes - just handed me the box and walked off. All he did was go back to his list cohort of 2 other staff members and chat. I had to keep going back to him to ask him questions and ask for help. Just really poor customer service honestly. Staff had no smiles on their face, no customer service skills, or care. I ultimately bought 2 products as it was exactly what I was looking for and I hope they last, but as far as the store goes and its staff - disappointing for a brand like UGG.
Such a wonderful camping site! The staff were very friendly, kind, and welcoming, always flexible and fair in every way. The site has great facilities including electricity, water, and all the essentials. There is also a small kitchen which, although simple, has everything you need. The place is quiet, peaceful, and relaxing, perfect for walking and enjoying nature. A lovely spot for anyone looking for comfort, fairness, and a calm atmosphere. Highly recommended!
Well the comments about staff are true as every time I go there they is few staff talking to each other in one spot. It doesn’t really bother me that as their products are really good price so I like going back to this place
The manager at this store is terrible! Wife purchased some UGG's and when she got home i tried one of them on and it didnt fit, so didnt get the other out the box, took them back a couple of days later and manager said she wouldnt refund me as they had been worn and they were scuffed etc! But i hadnt even taken one out the box and this still have the label on the base! the other I tried on for less then 20 seconds on carpet! The manager was so adoment that i had worn them for long periods etc etc and told me i was lying saying i hadn't worn them! Aweful customer service and they clearly sell pre worn shoes so BEWARE!

Was in the shop tonight, wanted to buy a pair of black Uggs, only had the display pair in my size, they were different colour black and had a mark on the display boot, the manager Niamh wasn’t willing to give discount, it was 9pm and we were told the shop was closing, meanwhile I told the staff that a couple had just walked out with 4 pair of boots, the manager wasn’t interested, she just wanted to go home, I decided to purchase the display pair at full price as I really liked them, I queued up, when it was my turn to pay, the manager said sorry I can’t serve you now we close at 9, I said please I’ve come from Manchester and I really want to buy these, she was very rude and wouldn’t serve me, I have never been treated like this by any other retail shop in my life, why let me queue,, the manager obviously had an issue with me for some reason. The two other girls who worked there was lovely they actually looked embarrassed, at their managers awkward attitude.
If you are looking for their core ugg boots, definitely worth a visit to the outlet. Last few time we’ve visited they seem to be stocking more of their slippers too. But if you are looking for their fashion boots, it’s a hit or miss. Prices are around 30% off full retail, nice to pick up and treat yourself. ☺️
