I am not impressed with the customer service at Blue Inc. We went into the shop to get some trainers. A woman was in the shop. She did not seem keen to help us. We were the only customers in the shop and she could not be bothered to even engage with us. This business will be closed soon due to staff with bad attitude. Sports direct are still new and they don't have experienced staff only these young ones with no clue what they are doing. Blue Inc can capitalise on this by providing good customer service. Call me old fashion, good customer service is my number one priority.
