Sorry not to get the guys name but he sorted my young son out for a new sharp suit and shirt for an interview in the city and recommended where to go to have the trousers shortened. Fabulous service. I originally went to Westfield Shepards bush to look for my first suit for work. I went to a few shops but I was not taken seriously as a potential buyer and the customer service was terrible - possibly due to the fact that I was wearing tshirt and shorts. However when I stepped into Hawes and Curtis, I was immediately greeted at the door by a wonderful assistant named Rolland. He did not discriminate me based on what I wore and helped me to pick the suit I wanted. I was so happy with the quality and customer service I ended up purchasing two suits!! I would highly recommend coming here for the experience and quality, and a big thank you to Rolland for assisting me when I had no idea what I was looking for. I will definitely be coming back soon!
Absolutely amazing, ive been here twice now and Roland has been a gem. Hes put together whole outfits given indepth advice on what to wear and i feel like a brand new man walking out with confidence that ive chosen the right items.
Bought a suit from here last week and could not be happier with my purchase. The staff there are fantastic - the perfect blend of relaxed and helpful (unlike MANY other suit shops - I'm very used to them being either understaffed or having pushy sales staff), and it was clear that they are knowledgeable about suits and genuinely enjoy helping customers. All of the staff were great there, but in particular I'd like to highlight Sam, who gave some great recommendations in terms of accessories, colour pairings etc. If I need any more suits in future I know where I'll be coming!
Unprofessional and rude staff. Security walks around the shop with you as if you’re a criminal and makes you feel uncomfortable. We went in to buy a suit for my partner after hearing their suits are great but walked out with nothing because of how uncomfortable we felt. Ridiculous
Pure misogyny and rude staff. Don't walk in as a woman, you will be ignored by the members of staff. I came here to HIGHLIGHT my BAD EXPERIENCE in this place but I noticed that many other people had the same problem. The members of staff were totally rude, arrogant and looked bored. On top of this, there is hide misogyny. I walked into the store and I had to wait so long to be served because they were so busy serving all the men who came before and after me. Very sickening experience, I will never visit your store again. It's a big shame because they have nice shirts but the staff attitude is unacceptable. Who do you think you are?? I felt uncomfortable and immediately left.
Wide array of high quality suits and shirts to choose from. A bit pricey if you're just looking for something casual. Customer service was top of the shelf. Zaynah was extremely acommodating and catered to all my needs.
This is ridiculous! I checked online that you closed at 8 o’clock when I came here I found notice on the door says that you closed at 7 today. I’m not happy at all. I came from Kingston to here. You suppose to change the time table before you shut your shop
