The staff here very unhelpful and not interested in working, with that kind of attitude why bother getting the job. It was only 11.45am so not exactly end if day and the person would have been tired working the whole day, even if it was towards the end of day not the attitude to have at work. Put me off my shopping with that attitude, walked straight out the shop, take my custom where it would be appreciated, pay a bit more that be treated as if they were doing me a favour if I am spending my money in their shop.

The selection of clothes and reductions was pretty good. Was very messy in this shop as well Was in the changing rooms and I heard 2 of the women working in that section slagging me and my friend off for using the changing rooms. Such a horrible attitude. They were also talking to us beforehand as if we were mentally inept. If I had spoken to customers the way they did I would have been sacked at work. If you hate your job so much.... Get another one.

Very very long queues on both floors, seems they have deliberately cut staff because of higher staffing costs gifted by our competent new government. They keep just 2 staff in 15 tills on both floors making average queuing time more than 10 minutes. Not good.

Had a great time at this Primark location. The store is very huge with lots of choices. Itβs a two floor store with an amazing collection. Prices are pretty affordable. Good quality clothing and footwear. The checkout point is pretty messy and needs to keep it clean many products on the floor. Some workers were very rude and not even smiling. Rest shopping experience was nice!

It's a huge Primark with a lot of variety. Everything is organized very well even if there is rush over weekend. Nice coffee shop in there. Overall a great experience.

Great value for money if you're clothes shopping but the quality is not of a high standard. The cosmetics/beauty section - also on the ground floor - is a better option and very affordable, with added extras that we girls like to experiment with, e.g. facepacks, nail varnish, bathing accessories etc. Meanwhile, it's great to have an affordable luggage section, plus footwear that won't break the bank. Note: Be sure to grab a coffee on the second floor, as the range of drinks are great!

Primark is s 3-story store in the Atria shopping center. Women's, men's and children's clothes at inexpensive prices. When there is a sale, the prices are really cheap. I bought a man's t-shirt for Β£3. An excellent idea is the cafe that is open on the top floor, with a large window facing the street. So you can take a break from shopping and rest.

The quality of the items has significantly has been reduced. The checkout line was just ridiculously long and the management was more bothered about staff members wondering around doing nothing... (witnessed) poor management. The organisation, presentation and cleanliness is acceptable. I hope to see some improvements in the coming months - perhaps some self checkout machines - perhaps staff members being more helpful and perhaps cost of items reduced!

Thought we'd just take a look around, a good sized Primark compared to others, we got more than we should for our little one but she always needs clothes. Staff were nice and helpful when we asked for help.
