   Went to the shop to return a suit trouser. When I went the first time the assistant Shaan was helpful but said they dont have any other bigger size in-stock online or in the local shops. When I went home and checked online found all the sizes I was requesting. When I went in on Friday 28/11 around 3pm to return the suit trouser, another assistant not Shaan told me I was probably lied to. The assistant who processed my return was very rude was a South Asian elder man wore glasses- unfortunately didnt get his name, just because I brought the suit trouser in a bag he decided to make fun of how I was dressed saying did I just wake up, you look like you just woke up the way your dressed and coming with the trouser in your bag. Absolutely no reason whatsoever to ask me questions like that. I didnt want to confront and just left the shop after processing my return. Was really taken aback by this type of customer service ruined my day, never experienced this behaviour before.

   I went into skopes yesterday. I was trying to figure out my measurements. The kind gentleman who works there. Knew exactly my size and recommended i tried to suits that fitted me perfectly. One was fitted the other was more loose. And trousers he told me my measurements and was also correct. Helpful and very polite. Many thanks.

   Exceptional Service from Rob at Westfield White City The store was quite busy and seemed a bit under-staffed at times, but I have to say — Rob went above and beyond to help me out. I urgently needed a suit, and he took the time to assist me properly, guiding me on fit, accessories, and options. He even managed to source a suit that wasn’t available in-store and arranged for next-day delivery from their online stock. Despite the rush and pressure, Rob was professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about getting it right. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re at the Westfield White City branch!

   I visited Skopes in Westfield, London to buy a suit for my friend’s wedding. I was incredibly impressed with Olabisi, who helped me pick the right size suit. She was very attentive, helpful and patient. I will certainly be returning thanks to her amazing care! I will update this review once I receive my tailored suit in a few days. Update: My suit was altered 3 times, and the final result was perfect. The staff were all incredibly lovely and the tailor worked tirelessly to ensure the three piece suit was ready to time. PR, and the manager were very helpful and kind.
