   I can’t thank Mark (manager) enough for the help he gave me when trying to find school shoes for my son. He took such a huge amount of stress off my shoulders with his patience, kindness, and genuine care. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made sure we left with the perfect pair of shoes. It really meant a lot – thank you so much again Mark, for going above and beyond.

   Popped in for some shoes (what else?) and not disappointed. Must have tried 8 different pairs on and driven the sales staff to dementia, but the young man helping me had the patience of a saint and I walked away with 2 pairs of very comfy shoes. Staff here are lovely and nothing seems too much for them. They offer suggestions without being pushy or trying to sell you something you don't want or need and that is very welcome indeed. Definitely recommended.

   One of the staff members, who appears to be the only staff member, needs some basic customer service training, such as, how to politely say “I’ll be with you shortly” rather than refusing to believe a that a potential client is asking a question and ignoring them for good few seconds and then rudely saying “I am with another customer”. It’s just basic common sense that if you’re going to be rude to a customer, they will take their business elsewhere and leave a bad review.

   Really really disappointed with the service. I have washed a pair of shoes under the instructions and the manager did not let me exchange them under no circumstances. She explained that it wasn’t any fault with the shoe and did not have a pair in the store. Fine, I did understand this but I could’ve exchange them for something else as they wouldn’t fit anymore. She might have forgotten what the polices are and forgot to respect them. Shame. Really not happy spending £115 for a service like that.
