   I popped in last week to get some shoes for myself and my daughter. Not approached to see if I needed any help but noticed the two women just stood at the till talking, one was a bigger lady and the other with tattoos. Been in a couple times now and each time been similar, asked a lady a couple weeks ago if we they had an alternate size and they didn't even check their system, just said no and walked off. I understand if you're busy but Clearly not if youre just chatting and looking at your phones. Used to like coming here cause of the price and staff but don't think I'll bother in future. Would give zero stars if I could

   Went Sat 29th June at 1140 with my three children. Was helped by a lovely dark haired lady at the till who tried to help me find a large size for my son. My daughters were sitting down by the front door as one of them has muscular problems with her back and needed to rest. A blonde assistant approached them and asked them if they had any plans on buying anything. My daughter cannot walk far without being in pain. Simply unacceptable Despite lovely lady on the till, blonde lady doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

   Always a great selection of shoes, boots, slippers etc, I’m never disappointed. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly, nothing is ever too much trouble thoroughly recommended.

   I bought a pair of Trux school shoes for my 12-year-old son from Shoe Zone Southport in Ocean Plaza on May 8th. In less than two weeks, the soles were completely worn out. I didn't have the receipt but showed them my bank transaction as proof of purchase. They refused to accept it and told me to contact customer services instead, without even acknowledging the issue. They sell poor-quality shoes and rip people off. Frustrated, I left the shoes on the counter. I'm not wasting my time over a £14 refund. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

   I’ve been using this store for a few years now to get my sons school shoes. This store is completely out of my area but I find the range of shoes good, the store is always stocked well, clean and tidy and staff are always around and helpful. The store is always quiet and a pleasure to shop in, I don’t like crowds and during school shopping times this store is always empty fully stocked with what I need plus more (always end up buying more items that catch my eye)

   Chose a pair of shoes in last chance to buy, at £19.99, got to till and was told they were £39.99, and apparently the manager has no authority to do anything about. Beware as prices shown are bot what you will pay, wont be coming back here again! Awful service

   My son went for shoes for a wedding. Found exactly what he wanted at a good price. Always try shoes on there as sizes differ vastly. He takes a size 9 but they were huge. He ended up getting a 7. I bought a up a pair open toe shoes, take 7 but had to get an 8.

   What a fantastic store !! I had an order to collect from here and was greeted by very friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. The shop is huge with a superb collection of footwear to suit all pockets. Well worth a visit and was surprised by the wide range of famous brand shoes they had to offer. Easy accessible and free parking. Will definitely be returning.
