   I’ve been shopping online with them for years! I must say, even when they have messed up, they’ve made sure a solution was found. I’ve never had an issue with quality, maybe a missing piece here and there but delivery to US has been consistently within the time promised. I recently did have an issue and it took a while to resolve but they always responded to emails and id I didn’t initially like their solution, they listened still and replaced my item. I recommend Studio to everyone and will continue to do so if the customer service stays as helpful as it has been.

   I would rate 0 if I could, gaslighting emails I’m receiving, when the images I provide CLEARLY show it is not the item displayed on the website and looks nothing like it and was way too short and ripped in a day, it was supposed to be a kaftan as displayed online but then decided to show me a image stating Kurta and trousers! Avoid avoid avoid deliver takes longer than a month!

   10days ago ordered 3 outfits for £80. Been more 10 days and website said it’ll take 10 days to deliver. I’ve tried ringing their london number but no ring goes thru and they also have no email set up on there website where I can contact them regarding my outfits I have ordered. The website has took my payment of £80 but is yet to send me my 3 orders .

   The quality and style of the clothes are pretty good. The delivery service is ok too. The team responded in time when I sent email. The clothes are pricey compared to other online shops. Also their stitching service is too costly. The other website offer 10 pounds for full set whereas Studio by TCS charges more than 20 pounds if I remember correctly. They should reduce their stitching charge as they already charge more for materials.

I was apprehensive about ordering as I'd had bad experiences with OTHER mail order companies that sold similar products..but I'm so glad I placed my faith in these guys!...the quality was really really good.. and the items were packaged beautifully too...bravo!
