Wow really impressed with this company. Ordered a bed and it was made within a few days and delivered (and assembled for me) within 6 days of placing the order. i don’t normally believe company’s when they say it will be ready in 1 week as most say that to get the sale but it really was. The bed is beautiful and I would return to this company and will be recommending
I purchased 5 beds from Plush in October 2022. Three mattresses started to lose their shape after 8 weeks. I contacted Plush and they replaced it with 3 new great mattresses. These mattresses have been great since. Great aftersales service where Plush came down and replaced all the mattresses aswell as disposed of the faulty ones. Plush has saved me time and inconvenience. I'm ever so grateful to them. Great customer service from A to Z.
Went above and beyond. Couldn’t get headboard up my stairs so had new one made in two pieces. Pleasant and courteous at all times. Would shop there again without question
My experience with this company was based on a lie! A week ago I attended the shop, came across a item which was lovely and mentioned I would be back next week to purchase. The service seemed great and everything was explained & was given a price. As mentioned I returned to purchase the item but was told a price was way above what I was told. I explained the situation I came last week and was told the price would still be the same etc …. The man then went on saying it was a different bed with a mattress etc long story short I didn’t want to purchase a item when I was told one thing to then get told another. Would I be returning never again!
Absolutely love our new custom made bed! Forget the high street brands! Plush global quality of product and service is second to none! Ordered our bed ready within two weeks!! Cannot recommend plush global enough! Get yourself down there and have a look for yourself!!!
