   We have found the recent experience using AWS Trading ltd absolutely Disgusting. The incompetence is truly unbelievable.. Recently we had a 6h round trip after confirming 4 times over the phone that certain stock was in (as happened before), I even had to ask - ‘Jamie…. Can you actually ‘visually’ see the stock!!’ turns out when we got there it wasn’t there after being told it was!!!! Complete wasted time to return a cracked table, failed to get fresh stock and to then get back home with another replacement that was also cracked!! We Requested a small compensation for fuel and time lost, I was told No by ‘the person’ behind the so called ‘company/outfit’. He did not address me direct, I must have something written on my forehead..! We have received damaged goods multiple times not fit for purpose - cracked tables, missing studs in chairs and blemished material and no effort to resolve a unhappy new customer that’s spent a good chunk of money prior trying to build a business. We found out AWS have ripped products off from ASR Interiors recently and lost a court case for copywriting and falsifying documents. True colours or AWS have been shown and we will never ever use again!!! - we’d like to mention Debra has been previously very helpful prior to this disaster, she was not involved with this particular incident even though there has been previous issues with stock being there/ then not when arriving / then there again, a few minor heart attacks given as we were so far away from home collecting stock. - Not the type to write a review but important to warn others and think twice from an experience we have had, absolutely Terrible.

   Customer service is terrible, the lady who answers the phone is about as helpful as igloo on a Caribbean Beach. Think I’ll go elsewhere!

   Terrible- always out of stock of the items i need, and when i get told it's in stock i then get told its been sold or "the system is wrong"
