Ordered after the Xmas cut off. Was fine by us but unbelievably it was due for delivery yesterday 23rd December! Wee hiccup with delivery but got this morning and absolutely love the sofa! Molly sofa is lovely and would recommend!
We ordered this sofa on Sunday and it was delivered today at 8.45am. Sam at AMC Failsworth was really helpful and customer service 100%. ASB delivery guys were so helpful and professional, we were kept informed via messaging each step of the sofa delivery, so pleased .well done AMC AND ASB.
We had travelled 2 and a half hours we was not disappointed. The shop had so many lovely and unusual items at a reasonable price. The sales colleague was Sam and another chap who helped with my connection on my phone. Both were extremely helpful and patient. We purchased the Molly in champagne colour. This had just arrived in store. As we left the store I had a message from the delivery company acknowledging they had received my order for delivery and will be in touch. Overall experience was great. Im sure we will have continued customer care.
I visited recently and was served by Sam S. She was absolutely lovely, patient, and super helpful. She answered all our questions and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Excellent customer service! I’ll definitely be coming back again.
Fantastic experience from ordering on line to delivery, communication was great throughout the whole process. The sofa was completely wrapped during transit which was very reassuring to see. The fabric is of amazing quality & the whole thing feels exceptionally well built with beautiful style.extremely pleased with the delivery guys too as they flawlessly navigated through the house, they were really professional, they then unwrapped, built & placed the sofa exactly where I wanted it & also took away all the packaging.A Fantastic experience from start to finish & will highly recommend to all, I will definitely be buying from them again! Had a very experienced with AMC Furniture Oldham. Me and my went in liked the sofa and paid in cash and they promised the delivery within 2 to 5 working days. Whenever we ring in for order updates someone will ring in couple of hours but no one rings. After 4 weeks of waiting we have decided to cancel the order. Thanks got we got our money back. I won’t recommend anyone.
Customer service was terrible, waited 10 weeks for an item when it should have been 3 - 4 weeks. No one bothered to tell me this , I had to keep ringing and was promised call backs, however that didn't happen. They did knock some money off and the product is very good as were the delivery drivers, that's the only reason I gave 3 stars. Will not be ordering from these again due to the poor customer service.
Thanks to AMC for the delivery of the new sofa today.thanks for the fast delivery and all the help in store buy the assistant that made us fell welcome and and very helpful. Thanks to the delivery lads stu and dan.thay brought it in and set it up and all the packaging was taken away.thanks again lads top job.smiles all around.
Beautiful mirror delivered in good time. The delivery team brought a silver one instead of the champagne I had ordered and they literally turned back and got me the right one within the hour. Great service thank you!
