   My experience with this store was disappointing. Reaching them by phone was difficult, as the line was consistently busy. I purchased a tracksuit set online but received the wrong size. When I visited the store, the staff confirmed they did not have the correct size and advised me to leave the item with them for return. After waiting a week with no confirmation and no update on the tracking, I returned to the store. While one staff member was helpful, another provided incorrect information, stating the parcel had been collected when it had not. It was later confirmed that the item was still in the store and had not been collected. I ultimately returned the item myself via a UPS access point, and it was collected the same day. Although I received a refund, I lost valuable time and the item I intended to reorder was no longer available. Overall, the experience was inefficient and frustrating.

   Just got robbed by the staff at this store. I went to return a pair of damaged trousers that I bought on sale a week ago. Apparently sale items cannot be returned even if damaged. Since I did not want anything in exchange, I had to leave empty handed. No trousers and £119 down. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never shopping at BOSS again. Lesson learned

   Luck of good customer service while picking a pair of shoes. I have been handed my shoes asked if I want to try them yet left alone without any assistance. Another young man was polite to approach me when he saw me I was left alone and provided help. Furthermore when I asked for time frame of exchange or refund the same lady who initially helped me first time responded with rudeness and attitude . Luck of soft approachable skills , definitely not the Type service you expect from such a brand

   After being one of the my loyal clients at Brent Cross store , spending thousands of pounds a year there , the new manager Marco Materazzi was so abrupt and rude to me this afternoon , I have decided to stop shopping there. His behaviour and bad attitude will not be tolerated. And I don’t care how many Antony Joshua events you offer me , I will not ever shop there again until this matter is investigated thoroughly Managers should know better Shame as all the other members of staff there are so nice , I will miss shopping with them Take care guys
