   I visited the store on Friday 28th November around noon to look for a new pair of jeans, and unfortunately the experience wasn’t great. The shop felt really understaffed, which made it difficult to get any help. When I did manage to speak to an employee (think his name was Jay), the interaction felt sarcastic rather than helpful, which left a negative impression. Instead of him ‘trying’ to help me to find the right pair of jeans, he made sarcastic comments and didn’t give any help whatsoever and continued to just stand/loiter about on his phone, bearing in mind that the store was very busy. Overall, the lack of customer service made the visit quite frustrating, and I left without finding what I needed.

   Massive shoutout to the guys at Natterjacks. 49 and getting back into skating they helped me pick out all the bits to setup my new deck. Just finished setting it up and couldn't be happier with both the board and the great chat had instore today. Thanks again guys.

   I was in the main shop that sells trainers and overheard one of the workers insulting a group of girls behind their backs as soon as they walked out the store! Mind you this boy was in no position to speak on the appearance of other people whilst looking like that! Is this how all your customers are treated? I'm appalled at the lack of professionalism that what must be the result of incompetent management! Whoever's in charge needs to go if we're supposed to feel relaxed in this shop.

   The one next to Adidas is just horrific. There were 2 staff members (a man and a woman, both quite young) who seemed to be laughing at and judging every single customer that came in (including me and my bf). A man asked where something was and the staff were getting very impatient with him and being rude and the girl working there seemed to find that really funny? When we left he told us to ‘have a lovely day’ but it just wasn’t genuine at all it was very sarcastic and passive aggressive. The whole experience was just very weird and uncomfortable

   Popped in with my 10 year old boy who is getting into skateboarding. The guys in the shop scooped him and made him feel so welcome and at ease. They sized it all up, took care of him and kitted him out perfectly. He feels very special. Thank you all. A gem of a shop, a treasure in fact. A perfect example of fine quality, knowledgeable independent retailing.

   Have to agree with these reviews. Staff are not trained and do not know anything about customer service. I came into the Skate Natterjacks shop and the manager was screaming at his employee over an item with many customers in the shop. Created such a horrible and unpleasant atmosphere to be in! I feel bad for all the young people working there. The items are great but would rather just shop online.

   Really cool stuff if not a bit pricey. Was a lot better however back in the day as it's so crammed with stuff you kinda don't look. Before you could actually browse. Just missing the kitchen sink and would consider 4 stars. Don't go when busy as pure hell.

   I think there is 4 or 3 Natterjacks in Kingson but the first store is really bad. Staff are not trained properly. Everytime u look for something they dont like it because they dont want you to mess the arrangement of the clothes. How customer will see the item then? As a customer experience it was really bad. But 3 stores after the first one was ok. If you guys like the same clothing that they have and has a bigger room or friendly staff go to Sutton instead they have a better one than this arrogant staff that thinks they own the store. Dont recomend to go there at all. Specially the first store in kingston.

   Applied to work there. Andy was rude and vile to me when I replied 3 hours late to one of his emails after he had replied days late to a previous email I messaged him about work there and then proceeded to call me stupid for wanting to work on a little over minimum wage and cancelled my interview. The shop service is awful as well. My little brother went in the other day and one of the staff - probably andy left my little brother in tears after telling him he wasn’t good enough to skate yet and should try something out first. DO NOT GO TO NATTERAJACKS. they are rude especially Andy the manager there.
