   Amazing service and quality from start to finish. Stephen took his time to help me get my custom made suit measured up, with a few fittings and alterations, in depth knowledge of how to tailor it and the details I could add. Dom was also super helpful to help tweak the measurements. Honestly, this suit is the most comfortable thing ever, it’s like I’m not wearing anything at all, it’s lightweight but very durable and top quality material and style. I’ve now got my size passport sorted and will be ordering more. Thanks guys, really appreciate the care taken to make my experience an excellent one.

   We had a great time with Aale on Saturday where our wedding group was treated with great personal service, also learnt lots about the world of bespoke tailoring. A gem in SuitSupply, Aale was amazing for inspiration and really naturally knows what works which gives me a lot of confidence! It even went as far as fabrics and appropriate attire for times of the year with relatable stories something I would’ve never considered. Happy customers left we all enjoyed the process and how personable the day was in store :) 10/10 stuff

   Had a wonderful experience at Suitsupply in Westfield. The staff are very helpful and knowledgable and go out of their way to serve . Although we only purchased a scarf to go with a blazer we had already from elsewhere, we were impressed with the variety of suits and styling tips . Sam showed us various ways of styling it and putting it together and also giving my hubby style tips. We will definitely be back when. They also have a tailor on site!

   Awful experience. It took them 1 year and a half to change the buttons in my suit. I kept going to the shop every month asking to change them and every time they were telling me that they ordered the buttons and that they would have called me the following day; well it never happened. This until I raised a formal complain to the HQ. For a 700£ suit I would expect a way better quality and customer service. Funny thing, I had some orders for other suits at the same store however I put them on hold waiting to have my first suit fixed. I don’t have to mention that I cancelled all these other orders since it was so hard for them to simply change a set of buttons and they lost 2k in suits just by not being able to serve a customer. Staff is unqualified, careless and rude. By far the worst experience I ever had in any clothing shop. I’ve been telling everyone I know to avoid this place. Not going back even if they would give me a suit for free. Make yourself a favour and save a lot of time and nerves by just going a few steps away to a proper suit shop, Hugo Boss.
