   I used to love this brand. Last year I bough a crew neck jumper in store and after 5 wears, the elbow had worn completely through. I brought it in-store and was told that it was probably snagged on something and wasn't due to wear. I was not offered a replacement nor a repair. They did however say that if I had it repaired they would cover the cost. I decided to repair it myself, but after only a few more uses the other elbow went too. Paying over £100 for a jumper that only lasts for 10 wears I thought was pretty outrageous.

   Sir Plus is a fantastic shop. The quality of the garments is obvious and the cut is relaxed and classic but cool. The actual shopping experience was pretty great. A chair for a companion to wait in and extremely helpful, knowledgable, honest and actually pretty exceptional staff. A cut above the rest.

   Yesterday (5th October) I bought a Midnight Herringbone Nehru Waistcoat as a wedding anniversary present for my husband. The incredibly helpful assistant in Sirplus unpacked and tried on different sizes for me, so that I could get the right fit. The waistcoat is perfect and my husband is delighted with it. He wore it for our wedding anniversary dinner last night.

   Came to sirplus looking for an outfit for my wedding. Henrik and his colleague (didn’t catch her name as she was serving another customer when I left!) were super helpful, real can do attitude as I tried on about 80% of their stock and just gave a real feel good vibe! The clothes are great, material feels good and they all fit really well. Great place to go if you are looking for garments for a smart occasion but doesn’t break the bank. Also like how their stuff can also fit something a bit more casual.

   I have purchased quite a few items from Sir Plus for my husband. The quality of the garments are of a very high standard. The attention to detail is impeccable. One of my husband's favorite shirts is one made of the softest cotton imaginable! Even when bringing the shirt to the cleaners, she remarked on how soft and luxurious the shirt felt! She said she'd never felt cotton like that before! I bought one of the wool sweaters (jumpers) in a X-Large for myself...I love big roomy men's sweaters! It is now one of my most favorite winter go-to items. I know we will get many years out of our Sir Plus purchases. I was also quite surprised that shipping was free (over a certain $ amount), even to the USA! And the package arrived beautifully wrapped and in two days!!! I can't seem to get that service here! A truly great experience.
