The prices are a bit higher than the last time I visited but you can still find some bargains, particularly in women's pj's.
Great store with great discounts great material also never go wrong with marks and Spencer
Very poor customer service. I was shamed and asked by the lady in the trial room today to hang my clothes back on the hangers. This is a reputable store without customer service, and they shame you too. Very poor experience, wouldn't recommend to any self respecting human.
Just ask for Mark!! I took the train through to the M&S Wembley Outlet store on the remote possibility that they might have some cushions I saw in M&S earlier in the year. Well the cushions were not on displayed but I found Mark, a most helpful staff member, and he went to look in the stock room. All I had was a description and he found exactly what i was looking for - so impressed. What a change from the usual "if it's not on the floor we don't have it". Great service, nice store, really nice management. Highly recommend.
Customer service in this branch is dropping down. When I was there at the store last week I was watching how badly the customer was treated at the till. The cashier/till assistant at the self checkout was shouting at a customer as he was not sure how to use the self checkout. I remember those days how nice the staff used to interact with the customer and make it a very happy shopping.
I’m not really someone for reviews but I was so astonished with the behaviour with the security guard in Marks and Spencer outlet today.. what I witnessed with the young lady worker was so disappointing, the way the security guard shouted and approached her was with a rage and anger I have not seen before. I hope this doesn’t happen often and Marks and Spencer you have to do better as it was very frightening to watch!
Small with limited collection for women, men& kids as well as limited sizes. Also you won't find the corner of hair,bath, makeup& perfumes sectio along with food section.
Very boring looking store. No real atmosphere to this place. Husband dragged me into here. Clothes dumped everywhere. I know it’s an outlet store but it’s full of stuff people don’t want to but in their main stores and fobbed off as a bargain here. Quality isn’t that great anymore either. Items are just randomly all over the place. It’s more like a charity shop than a British retail store. No staff to be found. Queues were long to check out at the tills. Wouldn’t visit again as the clothes are too old fashioned for me sadly. Only thing I like about Marks and Spencer’s is the food which isn’t available in this store.
Huge fan of M&S stores! This brand speaks for itself. Their quality is really good and lasts long. But this outlet has items from the previous seasons. You can't find the latest products as in the retail stores. You would be lucky if you find your size on the items you like but the prices are very decent
Lovely place to shop for ladies garments and other accessories. The brand speaks for itself in everything that is visible. Be it the ambience, the display of items, selection of pieces, arrangements, customer service etc Overall had a nice shopping experience.
