   Rude arrogant manager, has no customer service skills, seems to be sitting in some self appointment throne where he thinks he can speak to customers in what ever way he wishes to, needs to remember customers are the reason why stores stay open. Reading through the past reviews seems to be a common theme with poor customer service in the store. Take a minute or two and reflect on how you treat customers.

   I would like to give a huge shoutout to your staff member Attik!! :) me and my partner visited Police around 3 weeks or so ago and his customer service was honestly great. He made us feel comfortable and has such a charismatic personality, a true asset to the team. Thank you so much!

   I’ve always loved the Police brand, but unfortunately, my recent visit to the Designer Outlet branch was disappointing. Upon entering the store, two staff members ,one in green and another floor assistant were too busy chatting with each other to acknowledge me. There was no greeting, no offer of help, not even a smile. I felt completely ignored as a customer. It's a shame, because the brand itself is great, but this level of customer service has put me off returning to this branch.

   Very disappointed service, went there to buy a sunglasses a lady in the shop couldn’t even bother to answer my question considering no one was in a shop, walked out not going back again.

   Wanted to write a review on the Stratford Westfield store but unfortunately it isn’t on Google. Staff were amazing at Westfield. Manager Dan/ Danny was brilliant in helping me with my exchange. I ended up buy 4 Jackets due to the amazing style and phenomenal customer service. Highly recommended. Great quality as well.
