   Having read the previous review by Mike Kann I feel compelled to add my own experience to shopping at Sergio Menswear which differs considerably to his. My husband shops at Sergio and I have always found Mike, the owner and his staff polite, helpful & very accommodating and go above and beyond with customer service. As for Mike Kann beefing on about his mother not being able to obtain a refund and quite rightly says it is not law- there is a very visible sign in the shop to point out that exchanges are welcome.This seems pretty fair to us. There is a great array of clothes and accessories and anyone would be hard pushed not to find something to replace an unwanted item, Mike Kann's mother hasn't been hoodwinked - and anyway what does her age have to do with it? In short we highly recommend this establishment and will continue to shop there.

   Buyer beware, this shop does not give refunds if you change your mind. My mother bought a jumper saying she needed to get me to try it on and if it wasn't right she would bring it back. The owner told her she could, when she came back 2 days later he just pointed to the sign to inform her that it's not the shops policy to do so. Whilst I appreciate that this is not law, it is down to the shop keeper whether or not a refund is given. She's 78, and has basically been hoodwinked. Horrendous customer relations - my partner rang to discuss and he was absolutely unapologetic. Once in a while when a situation arises like this, its plain good manners to assist where you can.
