   Nice staff but horrendous customer service from the company. 1st sofa came ripped due to the staff and there was blood on. I was left with the shoddy thing till a new one could be brought. 2nd sofa was the wrong configuration and I was offered £200 to keep it, requested the sofa I purchased in the correct configuration and the 3rd needed adjusting. When the gentleman came to fix the height he informed me I had to massage the couch more regularly then any royalty has ever been massaged or else it would change shape and the noise from the electric recliner may never improve but could over time... No explanation of care instructions at the time of purchase or after, only when problems arose. Would never have bought such a couch and not exactly cheap. The manager said she'd try and get me a foot stool as an apology but that never happened. Needless to say I won't be using sofology again and I'm happy to warn others to do the same.

   The staff here are all excellent. Very friendly and very helpful without being pushy. They all know their products extremely well too, which is reassuring when purchasing high priced products. Customer service is clearly very important to Sofology and shows in their happy staffs attitudes.

   Fantastic Customer Service in this store today! I was served by Diariou! She was polite, knowledgeable and professional, no hard sell; I am going back in the morning to order the sofa. It is so important to get good customer service in stores, restaurants, beauty salons etc, the product is important but for me good service sells me every time. For the record the sofa is gorgeous! Top quality velvet! The Customer Service over the phone is also top notch, well done Sofolgy, would give you more stars if I could.

   I strongly advise against purchasing the Ezra corner sofa with heating features. The problems started right away – the material on the armrest was stitched the wrong way, and the zipper on the back cushion was clearly noticeable and noisy. Although these issues were fixed after a few days, more defects appeared quickly. After just a few months of use, the heating mat on one of the seats stopped working. The service was a disaster – you can feel the cable from the mat under the material, and my seat was cut open and stitched back together with just one thread. This is absolutely unacceptable! Now another heating mat has stopped working, and I’ve been told I need to wait 12 weeks for new parts, even though the sofa is only 10 months old and covered under the "Sofa Shield" program. For a piece of furniture that cost £4000, I expected much better quality and service. Instead, I can’t fully enjoy its features. I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I absolutely do not recommend it!

   Jenny was absolutely amazing, what a lovely team, we even took our new puppy in and they were so accommodating. We were left to have a look around and when we needed help jenny and the ladies were there to help. We didn't feel pushed and we now have the perfect sofa :)

   We came into the store today to look at a sofa we’d seen online, up on doing that Phil approached us with his advice, we soon decided this sofa was to big for the space we had and found a new sofa that fits perfectly to our measurements and colour scheme, Phil helped us from start to finish whilst visiting the store without being too pushy, he was friendly, approachable professional and made the whole process so easy and comfortable. I would highly recommend sofology due to our experience with Phil alone. Thankyou Phil.

   i placed an order at the store last night, at no point did the salesman tell me that i could not cancel my order after signing. he explained everything else but said it can be amended in next 24 hours but failed to mention i cannot get out of the deal.!! am am being told it was in the terms and conditions but it must have been tiny print. and the sales man did not highlight this to me. on trying to cancel after a change of mind first thing this morning i have been passed around to so many different people and departments. they are refusing to cancel my order. the salesman was new and maybe forgot to mention this maybe he wanted a sale who knows !! but who reads the very small print when signing so please be careful when buying. i have never ever heard of not being able to cancel an order before, especially as it has not even had time to be processed at it was place at 7.30 pm last night .. very strange to be locked in to it before it has been properly actioned. be careful when placing an order. make sure you are going to be committed to it regardless.....customer services for the company are the worst !!!!!
