We have a leather suit from this company, had it 21 years, it still looks good. Would definitely go back if we needed it recovered.
Having paid £2750 to have my suite recovered I would not have expected the leather to start wearing away after 4 years. I keep being promised that someone will come to respray it to no avail to now being told to find someone myself and they will pay. Firms I have contacted to ask them to respray have refused saying the same will happen as there is a seam across the middle of the cushion where I sit. Edelle told me there is only a 12 month guarantee. Who would spend that amount of money for such a short guarantee. It appears I will have to sort this problem out myself as Edelle are not forthcoming in sorting the problem for m . I will have to have the cushions recovered at my own expense. There is a firm near to where I live that gives a 10 year guarantee on leather and frame. If anyone wants their name contact me because that is where I will be going in future.
Please do not use this company! My grandparents took their sofa and chair cushions in to be repaired and renewed! They was sat on plastic chairs for a week and chased the company up they then got half the cushions thrown in their house to be mortified the stitching was off the cushions no longer fit the sofas the shading was different colours it was an utter mess so we phoned and followed up with an email asking for no more work to be carried out on the chair cushions for my grandad to go and collect them to be half done and for the owner to demand payment my grandad has to pay to get the cushions back which are a total mess!!! They are 80 odd and are mortified they now have to get a complete new sofa so please do not use this Company I am absolutely mortified!!!!!
I've had my couch for 5 years now and it still looks like new. Even with 2 kids and 2 dogs!! The quality of the material is fantastic. The service is great too! I'm moving house soon so I will be returning to Edelle for a change of colour on my current couch!
Good value, quality and service I originally bought my leather suite from Edelle and it was made to my specific requirements, for example, I wanted extra lumbar, back and shoulder support. Now 21 years later after surviving 2 teenagers (& their friends & parties), 3 active grandchildren and a very bouncy moulting Springer Spaniel, it was showing wear and tear but still comfortable. I searched all high street stores and couldn't find anything I liked which provided the same level of comfort style and fabric. So, I returned to Edelle. My suite was stripped back to its frame, fitted with new cushion fillings and reupholstered. It was also tweaked to make it look more modern. What can I say except a great big THANK YOU to all the team. I love my new suite. I highly recommend this company. They provide an excellent service and good value / quality products.
