I purchased an overcoat which I was initially very happy with. However, after Christmas I discovered a quality issue that should have been identified before the item was sold. I returned to the store to ask how to proceed, but staff repeatedly pushed me to contact customer service online myself. They even stated that although they could submit the issue on my behalf, it would be βlow priorityβ if done by the store, whereas a customer submission would be treated as higher priority. This was disappointing and unhelpful. For a premium brand, I expected better after-sales support and accountability rather than being redirected away. The experience felt unnecessarily dismissive and lazy.

Service is very slow compared to other stores. Once I submitted a piece for tailoring, I never heard back for 3 weeks. It is impossible to reach this store as they do not answer the phone and do not answer WhatsApp. Iβd recommend just avoiding this store if you need something done quickly and efficiently.

Quite disappointed. My partnerβs wedding suit was returned without the proper cover it came with, despite it going in for tailoring after a sizing mistake. For such an important item, this felt really careless.

Two weeks ago (Thursday, July 24, 2025) I bought a pair of socks at the Boss Shepherds Bush for Β£20, but when I got home, it turned out that the socks were too big for me, so I came back to exchange them the next day. There, I met one of the staff and advised me to wait for the manager for about 15 minutes. After the manager came, he asked me to fill out a very long form. Even though I only wanted to exchange the size and I showed my purchase receipt and at that time I was in a hurry. But the exchange procedure was very complicated and took more time. Meanwhile, they did not allow me to exchange them unless I filled out the form first. Then I gave the socks and without even a refund money and the item

Worse experience ever! Got it for Christmas though oau Hugo Boss that's an item oau!!! Silly me Primark lasts longer it peels the design unbelievable. Haven't washed it or nothing just peels!

Ordered some clothes 27.12.2022. Has never received. Tracked on UPS - the parcel was returned to Hugo Boss 13/01/23. Nevertheless, no matter how many times I applied, sent emails and called, so far (up to 25/01/2023) I am not refunded. Every time when I called them, the answer was - we would call you back. They never did. Also, it was the obvious problem between Hugo Boss and UPS, but Hugo Boss said until they have the goods back, they will not refund! But how a customer can return goods if he/she never received them! Obviously, Hugo Boss does not care about its customers.

They never answer their phone. I called numerous times and had to wait. The recorded message said to send them a WhatsApp message on the number and they will respond. I have had no response after 5 days. Terrible customer service
