   I was shopping today and I was hit on by an employee on the clock. I initially thought he was being kind until he asked for my number while mid-shift. This is inappropriate and made me feel very uncomfortable. I don’t think I will return.

   Poor standards and unprofessional customer service. I was served by an Indian "manager" lady. I asked to get my perfume wrapped. It was bought from a different outlet but I provided the proof of purchase. At the end I asked for a bag and she denied it for no reason. It's ridiculous how they cannot even give a bag for a gift. What a disappointing experience. I guess Life is miserable for these people lol. Also they wrap gifts like a 4 year old. Cannot even wrap properly, how are you even working at a store???????? Please find better workers Tommy. Do better. Never shopping at tommy again.

   Terrible service. I had to get up and ask for help. Trying to buy a present for my mum. They did however bring a new pair of shoes out without having to ask, so that would give them 1 star. They also didn't have a box large enough for my purchase. I expect this level of care from a cheap brand not Tommy Hilfiger.

   I went today to picked up and order , apparently I confused the email saying that my parcel arrived whit the one that was meant to say that it was there and ready to be picked up. One guy called Jose or yose(sorry but not sure how to write it) was very kind and helpful and ask me anyways to write down the order number and he got the parcel for me. This is the extra mile that everyone need in customer service for this type of situations. Great store by the way.

   Thanks to Marie i ended up with a complete outfit.marie is very nice, very welcoming friendly assistant you dont find many assistant like this anymore she made feel very comfortable and confident in something that i would not normally wear. She definitely a keeper she a credit to them....... Thank you marie for your assistant Ps i got loads of compliment on my dress it was a good shout
