   I had a long conversation with Steve describing the faults with my Hybrid car and decided to ask him to sort these out. We agreed a course of action, I was kept fully informed and updated and the problem was resolved next day at a fraction of the cost I had expected. Everyone I encountered at The Auto Workshop was professional and courteous. I happily recommend this garage to anyone.

Took car in as i had a screw in the back wheel They looked at it straight away and managed to fix/repair there and then They even checked and spotted a screw in the front left wheel which was half sticking out.    SCAMMERS I had an absolutely terrible experience with this establishment, and I urge everyone to steer clear if you value your time and money. They are nothing short of scam artists! I ended up paying over £2000 to fix an issue that they caused, only to have my car break down again just one day after I got it back. The young man who handled my case was not only rude but also dishonest. He lied about the repairs being completed and showed a complete lack of professionalism. His inappropriate language and manner of speaking were shocking, and I sincerely hope he faces consequences for his behavior. The customer service here is horrendous. They deserve to be investigated for fraud, and I genuinely hope they shut down soon. It’s infuriating to think about how many people they’ve scammed with their incompetence and lack of skill. If you’re looking for a reliable service, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They are unskilled, rude, and provide the worst customer service imaginable. I can’t stand the thought of them continuing to take advantage of unsuspecting customers. They need to be held accountable for their actions DISGUSTING

   I took my car there on Monday 28.01.24 for a warning light showing on my dashboard (abs fault). After their diagnosis they came back to me saying that the battery of the car was at 2% and it would have been, most probably, the root of the fault. I agreed to replace the battery and have also an oil and filter change that costed me £526. They started to drain the oil before they gave me the quote and I had no other options to let them carry on with their job. Today, 30.01.24, the same warning light has appeared on my dashboard. I am disappointed and will take the car to the garage first thing on the morning hoping it will be fixed for good without paying what I shouldn't pay. I was called by them on the first instance after RAC came to my house and diagnosed the fault. I really hope they can sort the issue out. I know you have a job to do and you have to be paid for it but I also know that money doesn't grow on trees. Frustrating and sadness are the feelings I'm experiencing at the moment.

   DO NOT RECOMMEND! Horrific service, appalling customer treatment and rip people off left, right and centre. Be vigilant of this garage full of unprofessional engineers and thieves, avoid at all costs! Took money to fix my vehicle and didn’t even fix it, wouldn’t refund me or carry out the promised work.

   I broke down and was recovered by RAC who recommended this garage as one of their approved garages. After receiving a diagnosis the garage agreed to do the work to get my van back on the road, after paying £1000 for the work I then took my van literally down the road and it broke down again. It's disappointing and disgusting how poorly this garage has treated me and has essentially ripped me off because my van is still not on the road after paying so much money and they will not fix my van nor refund me. They are thieves as far as I'm concerned and they have the worst customer service, when I called the RAC to recover my vehicle from this unprofessional garage as they were not cooperating and they did not allow it to be released. Never use their services unless you want to be robbed and disregarded as a customer.

   Always wonderful. Visited here before on a recommendation from the RAC and have always been back since for services, MOT etc. Today I needed a new tyre and couldn't get the car to the garage so they called me at about 10 this morning to tell me they had they tyre and arranged a recovery driver for me. Prices are great but even more importantly for me they are always clear about what needs doing and exactly what it will cost. I am always confident of a great job being done and always know when it will be ready. Wouldn't go anywhere else now and everyone I speak to seems to say the same so highly recommended.
