Food- Got gingerbread cookies for my kids which tasted like cardboard (£3 ea bearing in mind). Drinks tasted average Service- Very pleasant staff which were efficient at serving Atmosphere- Cold inside and far from cosy. Filthy tables and floors which didn't seem to get cleaned up.
Poor service at the till, didn't bother waiting for me to scan my app, then thought it was funny!.. tables were full of mucky cups and, plates and the floor needed a cleaning... not nice, won't be back The cup on the next table had been there since 13:30... we sat down at 14:45... poor shop hygiene
we have a lot choice for try sweet American style only big no fresh and expensive I never try again … I don’t like it for any stuff doesn’t respect everyone
Stopped by today for coffee and snacks. Just want to say Poppy was a really lovely girl and server! Very polite, offered us food and service was super quick. Thanks again Poppy keep doing what you're doing! Will be coming back!
Cold univiting place Coffee Luke warm. Server not interested could not hear what she was saying . Sat at a table where i don't know if a manager was interviewing or appraising a member of staff. First time ..Will be the last... No food on offer ..
Just want to say, been served today by a young lady , pinky coloured hair, didn't get her name, what a pleasure, polite , chatty, what a change to be served with so much enthusiasm, and nothing to much trouble, my dog loved his puppy cream as well....
I walked into this shop whilst having really hard day. When lady barista asked what I want, first thing I said was “a hug” without thinking much. She advised me on new menu, did great job on suggesting diary-free options and drink was really like a hug in a cup. But what melt me inside was that another Lady Barista, who made my drink, came out from behind the counter, handed me a drink, free cake, coffee voucher and gave me a hug. It was simply beautiful, and I’m tearing up again when I write this. Thank you Mikaela, you and your Team mates made my day so much better ♥️
I don't normally visit drake house, but was passing so on this occasion I used the drive-thru and ordered a couple of blonde roast lattes. To be honest the drinks were not good at all, over extracted and we ended up not drinking them. I happened to be passing the following day and popped in to let them know. Vanessa, who handled my complaint, was professional and courteous and offered me replacement drinks.
