Super luxurious afternoon tea is only £16.5/ per person. Great service, nice food, vintage atmosphere. But this place is cash only.

The only thing you need to be aware of when visiting Memory Lane Tea Room is that it is a cash only establishment. We hmmade a no hassle booking over the telephone for four adults and one infant. We received a warm and friendly greeting upon arrival. Our drinks orders were taken and by the time we had chosen our meals they has been served to us at the table. A very good menu is available. Just when we thought " yes, I'll have that" something else just as appealing caught your eye, then something else, then something else. The food itself did not disappoint. Generous portions at very reasonable prices. Everyone of us commented on how tasty the food was. Four adult mains and desserts with drinks and a child's tray £53.35. Far less than we expected. Worthy of another visit in the not too distant future.

Lovely tearoom with cosy atmosphere, warm service and delightful food! Tried the posh afternoon tea and my husband selected the upgraded Christmas version and we both loved everything. There was also plenty to eat, well worth the money. Good selection of meat free options as well. Absolutely welcoming and charming place, easily a new favourite!

A delightful luncheon for my Mum's birthday. The service was excellent, very friendly staff who are very accomodating. The food was very well presented and very delicious. Couldn't believe the bill, a lot less than I expected for such a wonderful tearoom experience. I recommend that you try this fantastic establishment!

Such a lovely local place, good choice on the menu and everything freshly cooked. Reasonable prices, good cakes and friendly service. Yorkshire size portions, book to be sure of a table.

Have been coming here for a number of years now to enjoy their afternoon tea and it never disappoints. My sisters and I often go for the Posh Afternoon Tea. The sandwiches, cakes and scones are all freshly prepared every day and are very tasty. There are a choice of several cakes too. We once took my 80-something year old Grandparents who enjoyed the Ploughman's Platter and Wrabbit on Toast. Highly recomend for families, friends and little get togethers!

Absolutely love this hidden gem just near woodhouse village. Traditional breakfast was gorgeous, it was presented very well. I Can also rate their afternoon tea, the Staff are lovely, and didn't rush you, the place has a lovely ambiance with pleasant music, I loved the oak beams I would Recommend the Memory Tea Rooms to all my friends and family. Great for a catch up over coffee, or a special occasion, we will definitely go again. To avoid disappointment, I would recommend booking a table.
